Installers showed up several days early without notice and did the majority of the work before I arrived home in the afternoon so I was unable to see what was done prior to installing the sod. At time of install the sod looked looked like it was not all from the same batch or sod farm, and at least a part of it was brought in late in the afternoon from another job. that sod looked very dried out and brown, but the Installers promised they would replace it if it didn't green back up. It did not recover and they replaced part of it about a week later. Other sections of the sod quickly went downhill and started thinning out and died over the first month even with irrigation running as programed by Ultimate Greenscapes. Where the sections of sod were butted tightly together weeds from the lawn I had prior to the sod came through over the first month and have now taken over in areas where the sod died. I have attempted to get someone to look at current site of lawn for the last six weeks with no success. Employee who I originally worked with is no longer with the company, and even though I have been told someone will come to look at it every time I call, no one ever does.
