They came out while our house was under construction and gave us an estimate on getting the kind of fence we requested in our back yard. Fence iwas a little costly but it was a large area they were fencing in and they did a superb job. They estimated it was a 3 day job but it only took 2 days which was great. Would recommend them and use them again for sure.

Lori & Charlie are both very delightful to work with. Lori is prompt at returning phone calls/emails and keeping us updated in our scheduling. We had to delay the start of the project due to our HOA approval taking longer than anticipated. We also went through a week's worth of rain, which they cannot work in. But throughout, Lori kept me updated on when they would be able to start the project so we could plan accordingly. The reason why I have a B rating overall is due to some logistical issues. 1) The quote had an extra 0 in the price (said $50,000 rather than $5,000) and also had some spelling mistakes. 2) I had given my home number at first, but as we were moving forward with hiring them, I gave my cell phone number and asked them to use that going forward as that was easier to stay in contact with (I wouldn't pick up any messages on my home phone until I get home late at night). I would continue to get voicemails on the home number which wastes a full day of being able to coordinate anything. I finally started emailing instead and that worked much better. 3) With the delay from our HOA approval, we were told we were now scheduled for May 25th. I looked at the calendar and that was Memorial Day. I questioned if they worked on Memorial Day and was told they do not and pushed us to the next day. I would think they should know when the holidays are to not schedule anyone. Overall I would highly recommend Stronghold fence, but also recommend you pay attention to details to save yourself any hassle.

Lori and Charlie were awesome from the first time I called through to the end of the project. They were prompt, professional. and super friendly. Lori handled all the paperwork and scheduling and Charlie came out on time and did a great job with the installation. The whole job was done much earlier than I anticipated and I got everything I was looking for. If you need any fencing installed, these are the guys i would call. AAA+.

They are a family owned company. The manager of the company is very professional, detailed oriented and punctual. I had a good relation with Lori, but they were totally rude to my husband and thinking to the very least they need to apologize. We did let them know about the issue the same day, so it was not like they did not know. We contacted them via phone and their foreman who was physically at our house. We spoke with both Lori and her husband, who is the president of the company, and this second resolution and the correct resolution was for them to reorder the gate and install a properly measured gate that did not leave a gaping hole so that we did not defy the whole purpose of having a privacy fence.

Great company. They were a joy to work with from bid to install. Great fence, very professional employees and owners. We will definitely use them in the future and highly rec'd them!

They did a great job. The ground was incredibly wet due to rains but my neighbors told me the guys put the fence up like it was nothing.

Excellent Job!! Stronghold was very busy, as were every other fencing company we called. Stronghold did not shut the door on a possible earlier install; instead said they would try to fit our smaller job in as soon as possible. They were able to build our fence at least a month earlier than any other company offered - and at a better price. The men working were respectful and extremely hard working. I would use them over and over. We are so happy with the quality of their work!!

We had a very specific fence we were wanting to build in our back yard. Lori was great to explain how the fence would look and go over the details on the process. Our yard is about 1.75 acres and has many hills and trees to work around, but the guys found the best way to make it work. They were able to fit us into their tight schedule since we were hoping to have the fence completed before we moved into our home. It took 3 days to build due to the size of the job, but was exactly what we had in mind. We would certainly recommend this company.

Lori was very prompt in responding to my inquiry and request for quote to have fencing installed in my backyard. She answer each email within 24 hours...I had lots of questions and she was very courteous and professional in her response and time. I did not use the company because of personal scheduling conflicts but would recommend them for their outstanding customer service and high rating installs.

They came out fast, listened to our request, were on time, extremely professional and polite. The price they quoted was higher than three other we received and the fence type was not what we indicated.I will not put all the blame on them but I am pretty sure we indicated semi private several times and all the fences we showed them in our neighborhood are semi private also. I do not think this would have stopped us from using them if the price was more in line with the other companies we contacted.

Price was good, work was excellent!! Cemented every post and wire is even and all the way to the ground. No escaped dogs

Stronghold Fence made great recommendations for finishing our back yard so that our new puppy could play there safely. We have 3 brick walls and after pricing the 4th wall for brick, we decided that we'd go with aluminum fencing. We went with Stronghold's suggestions for fence type and height, as well as gate options for 3 gates. Everything they suggested was spot on, and our fence looks fabulous! We are thrilled with the look, the fence and the installation. Stronghold's pricing was competitve, and the owners take pride in making sure their customers are thoroughly happy with the job they do. I would use them again if I had another fencing job, and highly recommend this company for fencing needs. They know their business well and are a pleasure to work with.

Replaced 3 posts on existing picket fence, removed approximately 40 ft of damaged picket fencing and replaced with aluminum fence w/ one single gate and one double gate. Not easy to get a hold of on phone but promptly showed up on date and time for estimate. Was able to move me up to have my work completed a couple of weeks earlier than originally planned. The work crew showed up first thing in morning, very friendly, professional and cleaned up nicely when work was completed. Posts replaced were well done and very solid and love the aluminum fencing. I am currently trying to get ahold of them to have more work done.

The day I called, Lori had the Stronghold fence crew go by my house to take a look at the current fence. The existing fence was so old it had started to rot and fall over so we were looking to replace with a similar 3' high split rail with wire. Scheduled me for 3 weeks out and kept me updated based on weather (there was rain that week). Work was completed in 2 days! Excellent job! Even assisted my next door neighbors in putting back up a 4' wire they had attached to their fence - so kind! Will be calling again for another small fencing project :)

i contacted this company to help me fence in my backyard. i had asked to schedule an appointment where i could be present as there were alot of problems/concerns with my property. i had alot of questions about placement of a gate across the driveway vs next to the house, i wasn't sure about boxing in a tree or running fence up to it, and wanted to discuss these options and others with the representative. i was surprised when i received a phone call from lori at stronghold with a quote. i had never met with charlie, so ended up trying to explain my concerns on the phone. i was a little turned off, and called back the next day requesting he come out again to meet with me in person, that i wanted to go over some of the concerns, esp. with the gate and the tree. we scheduled a time and i met with charlie. he was punctual, and helpful. he seemed to know what he was doing, and answered my questions and we came up with a plan (which was different than the original, so i'm glad we met). he told me he would get a quote to me with in a day. it was wednesday and i hadn't heard anything by friday afternoon, so i contacted the office and left a message asking to please provide me with a quote via phone or preferably email as i wanted to make my decision over the weekend. lori called back and said she had left me a message regarding the quote in the morning (which she hadn't) and would email me something- which she did before the end of business day. the quote was competitive and fair. i can honestly say, the only reason i didn't go with this company was customer service (from the office representative, lori, not charlie). initially i requested to meet with the fence guy to discuss the job, and that didn't happen. a verbal quote was given the first time -which i thought was unprofessional. all other companies gave me a written bid on the spot or emailed it after, and once i met with charlie, i felt better about moving forward, but again, was disappointed when i was told i had been called and a mesage was left about my quote when it was not. these were the reasons i chose not to use stronghold, so am not sure about their quality of work.

I started the fencing proposal process a few months back for this is a new home and I wanted to settle on a contractor so I could submit work to HOA prior to close date. I can not speak highly enough of Lori and Charlie. Lori and I spoke and/or emailed too many times to count. Lori was always professional and courteous throughout all my questions and change request. Charlie came to do the estimate arriving on time and work was scheduled and performed as agreed. The crew was efficient and courteous. This project was handled professionally from the quote to the cleanup. It is so refreshing to work with a company who believes in hard work and actually follows through with their words. These guys showed up early and worked hard to build us exactly what we wanted, a rock solid fence at a very competitive price. I would definitely hire Stronghold Fence again for any future fencing. During the estimate, Charlie of Stronghold Fence was very attentive to what I told him. You would think this would be obvious but I had other fence estimates where the men would look at the yard and decide what they wanted to do, instead of what I wanted to do. My property lines are not what you would assume and the previous homeowners used bushes and trees to provide natural privacy. I wanted a fence that would blend well with the existing landscaping and not take away from it. The estimate came in lower than the others I had (even one where I had a 10% off coupon for the materials). The work done was excellent. They were quick and professional, but also personable. I have two small dogs so they made sure to keep the fencing as tight to stone boundries and hedges as possible. I could not be more pleased! They paid attention to the small details that made the fence look even better and really raised my regard for their work.

The crew did an exceptional job, all fence posts were concreted in place, they worked on several uneven area's and were able to get the fence level. They were even able to accommodate a last minute change I made to extend the fence another fifty feet. My dogs love their new freedom, and my neighbors have complimented the fence.
