The process went great. Charlie was out to take measurements for the estimate the same day I asked for it and a couple hours after he left, I got the estimate from Lori. A few days later I decided to get the work done and we scheduled the time for after I would have the money available. Charlie and his crew were at my house at 7:30 the morning of Monday Jan. 19. In the first day, they installed all the posts for the 294-foot fence. The snow kept them from coming back on Tuesday (as expected), but Wednesday morning at 7:30 they were here again. On that day, they installed the rest of the fence, except for the gates, which they hung Thursday morning. I'm very pleased with the work that was done and the speed in which it was completed. I've already recommended Stronghold Fencing to my neighbor, who's considering a privacy fence for her yard.

Rather than submit a bid to do replace the sections of fence, Charlie suggested we only fix the two specific areas that did not meet code. It was a simple fix that he installed a couple of days later. We had the city inspector come out to re-inspect and we passed the inspection. Stronghold could have easily submitted a bid for more work, but he knew it wasn't needed. We sincerely appreciated his honesty and sincerity.

Stronghold is the best - there is no need to look elsewhere. Lori and Charlie work as a terrific team and are prompt, responsive, and courteous. They are true professionals and do exceptional work at a great price. Originally, my pool was scheduled to be completed in 6 weeks (yeah, RIGHT!). I had to delay the fence installation time and again, while waiting for the pool builder to finish the job. Each time I called to again postpone my fence installation, Lori was cheerful and upbeat, assuring me that they'd be ready when I was. They are also fast - they were finished in a matter of hours and came back the next day to hang the gates. Stronghold is everything you could want - and more than you ever expect. Don't hesitate - HIRE THEM!

From the first contact with Stronghold (Lori), to the installation, I would have to say it was the best contractor experience we've had in quite some time. Lori called to schedule a meeting for an estimate and Charlie showed on schedule, he gave us a quote within 24 hours. They were able to expedite the installation for us, as we had some other work on hold for the fence. There were no surprises, we are very happy with the work Charlie and his helper did. Excellent. Lori was great from my initial request for a quote all the way through Charlie installing the fence. Lori handled all of the details and kept me informed with emails and phones calls about the various aspects of the project.

Charley initially provided us with an estimate last year. Lori followed up, last year, to see if we were still interested. I had brain surgery & forgot all about the quote. Lori called me at the beginning of March as a follow up. I told her that we were still interested & she added us into the schedule. Lori came by & picked up a deposit & moved us up in the schedule from 3/24 to 3/13. Utilliquest was supposed to come out & mark the lines earlier in the week, but did not do so till the day that Charley & his helper showed up. There was some initial concern that digging holes might be dangerous, but as it turned out there weren't any buried lines. Charley had the entire fence erected the same day!!! He came back the next morning to install the gate. My wife & I were very pleased with the job that he did. The estimate was slightly higher because Charley & his helper pulled the old fence out of the way & stacked it against our deck so we could chop it up.

When I told him that I had a puppy he informed me on the type of fence that I needed. He was very quick in getting it put up before the puppy got here. They were great! They gave me a good estimate and they came out on time. I would use them again for future work.

It went great from start to finish. No complaints.

They were very punctual and worked well with my schedule for both the estimate and installation. We received 3 estimates for the job and Stronghold was in the middle. Overall, they did a good job. I'm not 100% satisfied with the gate, but there was little Charlie could do about it because of the slope of the yard. I guess I would be happier if I had been aware of the problem before having the fence installed.

From start to finish, the experience was fast and professional. Charlie did all the work himself with one guy assisting him. He was fast, courteous, and responsive. His wife Laurie manages the business while he is in the field and she was also always courteous and prompt with returning phone calls. I would highly recommend this company!

I looked for over two years to find someone who would take on a project this small and it was extremely over priced. Stronghold performed the work in a timely fashion at less than half the cost of other contractors with very high quality work. All work performed by the owner. I highly recommend and Stronghold does all types of fences ranging from my 60' project to major property installations.
