Sapphire Floor Maintenance was on time and very professional from start to finish. I canâ t believe how James brought my steps back to life. I just knew I was going to have to take up my carpet to start over but he worked his magic!!! I will definitely be using them for all my future cleaning needs. I would recommend them to anyone who needs carpet and hardwood cleaning.

James and his crew were excellent to work with---they were professional, pleasant, and careful. In addition to having my 13-year-old carpet cleaned, I also had them clean some sunroom furniture that was badly stained. I doubted that it could be made presentable again, but they did it. The carpet looks almost new, smells great and feels so much better on the bare feet. I highly recommend Sapphire Floor Maintenance--they do an excellent job at a reasonable price, and in a timely manner. I was pleased, too, that they employed Covid-19 protocols, and didn't feel uncomfortable having them in my house as they wore masks, and maintained a safe distance from me but were still pleasant and friendly.

Sapphire floor maintenance responded quickly to my request and worked around my schedule to set up an appointment. They did an awesome job and they were in and out with no problems or hiccups. My apartment is in much better shape now thanks to them. I live on the third floor of a complex with a German Shepherd and they made the carpets look like they were brand new.
