His crew worked quickly and carefully During our time together, I was able to ask Rafael about several other concerns that I had with areas on our house. Rafael gave me ideas on how to fix issues myself or how he would approach the repair. I greatly appreciated his insight and knowledge. I am already planning on using them in future.
Description of Work: Rafael's Quality Construction repaired areas on our roof that were allowing leaks into the garage. They identified spots that the caulking had deteriorated and even gutters that were clogging. They did a complete review of all aspects of the problem.

Description of Work: RQS initially re-roofed our screen porch to correct an earlier roofing problem created by another roofer. In the process they installed 4 new skylights. following the roofing job, I had RQS replace our gutters.

+ 1 moreThis is the second time we have used Rafael's Quality Roofing for roof and gutter repairs. The first time was to repair and re-line roof gulleys that were leaking. On both occassions Rafael Pabon and his people did excellent work. Rafael is very professional and prompt. He follows up on everything, even to the extent of calling back after the work is complted to ensure that everything is satisfactory. We thoroughly recommend him and will definitely use him again.
Description of Work: Removed existing damaged sections of gutters (damaged by tree falling on them). Installed new gutter sections. Installed two corner joints. Installed leafless gutter guards over new gutter sections. Re-routed ond downspout and extended it. Reset two fallen masonry stones from chimney. Cleaned up and removed all trash.

+ 1 moreWe can't say enough about Rafael and his company! He was the most professional and courteous pro we received a quote from. We did not use his company ONLY because of two things: First, his price was about $3,000 more than the other roofing companies, and we were limited to what our insurance company would reimburse us for the replacement of the roof. Secondly, we chose another roofing pro because we know him personally and he lives in our neighborhood. Otherwise, Rafael's company was our first choice.
Description of Work: Rafael came early to inspect our roof for repair or replacement. He spent an hour looking at our roof, attic, etc. He was extremely courteous, professional, very friendly. He brought a portfolio including his business license and certifications, insurance information, and pictures of his previous projects (he was the only one to do so). When he came back to deliver his estimate, he gave us a detailed quote with a picture of our house, and included several references. We were extremely impressed with the way he does things. He returned again to give us a quote on replacing and painting the outside trim, the inside paint, and carpet. His price on all of these was considerably more than our other quotes. He is a GC, so he can do just about anything you need, and you won't regret hiring him.
