In the remodeling / renovation business since 1978. All jobs are heavily supervised by the General Contrator / Owner. All sub-contractors are pre-screened and expirienced. We are flexible with financing and payment schedules and we do not ask for money up-front.

Fantastic! Jerry is experienced and knowledgeable not to mention a people person who strived to achieve what we wanted, while giving us the pros and cons on what will and won't work. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking to have general contracting done on their home or business. Jerry also is very talented in the window and blind area of home decorating. If you are looking for a contractor for that type of work, he does custom window treatments and blinds.
Description of Work: 1) Wood flooring installed on the second level of our home. We're very pleased with the new flooring and how beautiful they look. 2) Jerry removed a window and added a new door frame and door. He found a very good masonry and had a stoop installed with nice rock steps and patio floor. Not to mention the great job done on the replacement of brick and mortar. You cannot even tell brick was added. He also did a great job on the wrought iron railings that were installed. We're extremely happy with the new door and stoop. 3) Jerry then moved on to our next project of the kitchen remodel. He found and organized all the people that were involved in the kitchen remodel in regards to removing and installing sinks, granite, plumbing, electrical and flooring. We're extremely happy with his work.
