We received the recommendation of Pride Painting through neighborhood contacts and verified through Angie's List following a proposal by Bob Bass. Though initially there was some lapse in communication I due to an out of state death in the owner's family, the work was performed quickly and well. There was a large crew that went about the work expeditiously and meticulously. I would highly recommend Pride Painting.

They were terrific. He came back one time and said anytime we need them for something to come back and I need to call them back again.

They are excellent. They did a awesome job. I would recommend them to anybody. I've already recommended them to 6 families. They completed the first phase and they are coming over again for the next phase.

I would highly recommend this company. I dealt with Mike and he was great. Answered all my questions, price was $500 lower than another quote I received. They did two coats and my other quote was only for 1 coat. All the painters were great, very friendly and cleaned up after they were done. I will definitely use them in the future!!!

I have a large home with extensive trim work with many hard to see nooks and crannies. Bob and his crew were punctual and professional. I had a good bit of wood rot that needed to be repaired. They took the time to repair everything to like new condition.

Bob Bass has a great company. 7 men showed up the first day and they finished around lunch the second day. The foreman, Robin was very helpful and professional. He went beyond my expectations. I have been using Pride painting for at least 15 years.

Professional operation that got the job done on time. First they power washed the exterior and then completed the painting the following two days.

The crew came in and got to work. I thought it would be a 2 day project. They started at 10am and were finished by 5. Excellent paint job and trim work. I will use them again for sure.

Very pleasant and professional. Dealt with Mike Paladino, one of the partners. Extra charge for wood repair discovered during prep work and not on original estimate was reasonable and I appreciated that they called it to my attention rather than just painting over the rotted wood. I plan to use Pride next time I paint the exterior of my home and let them bid on any interior work.

They did quality work. They leave the premises clean. They deliver on what you describe and contract with them on. We have used them at least three other times, and we've always had great results. The employees that come out are professional. They work quietly.

Estimate took about 20 minutes to complete and about 10 minutes to discuss the work and any questions that I had or any questions the company had about the work to be completed. Overall it came down to finding the best price and quality that came with the work to be completed.

I've used them before and I would use them again. They were a little higher than other people, but not that much higher. It was more expensive because they found this big rot area under the eaves and gutters. They did a good job. I had a lot of other people come out and he found a lot of the rot. One other guy found it, but he was so expensive and I couldn't afford to use him.

They were wonderful, they did a very good job, they had a very reasonable price and they were very good about communicating with us about what they would be doing.

The crew was wonderful. There was no loud music playing. They showed up when they said they were going to be here. They cleaned up very well. I would highly recommend them.

Their prices are competitive. Their responsiveness stood out, and they really met our needs. I would use them again in the future and have already recommended them to others.

This is the 3rd or 4th time I have used the company. They are great at customer service and going above and beyond all expectations. We will definitely use them again.

Bob came out to give an estimate for whole house painting. I hired them to paint my bed/bath. It took 2 days. The workers were very polite. I did not have a specific color picked out for my trim and I told them just to match what was there. The color they used turned out much more yellow than the off-white I expected. After a few days the change of trim color was fine with me. I did have to call them back to touch-up some parts of the door trim. They did not prep the molding at all and just put one quick coat on. I was told that all surfaces would be sanded and I don't believe that happened. Overall the job is good but I don't like to repair work (filling of holes, sanding) they did.

The two day estimate was accurate, but only because they used a sprayer so I believe that was their intention all along. When the spraying started, I called and was told that was the best way to do it, and I would get a light spray and two coats by roller. Otherwise, they could do it by hand but it would be a lot longer. Hmm..est. was for two days and why did they have a sprayer at the ready? They did a poor job and got lots of overspray and color paint on the trim, including some metal trim that I was told wouldn't be painted, but of course they had too to correct their mistakes. Plus, a section in the back (about 1 ft. sq.) didn't get any paint at all, so what happened to my three coats? They came back to fix the issues and still didn't complete the job. I offered $500 less for them to just to be done with it. I felt the company was dishonest and shouldn't have told me it would be done by hand when they didn't plan to do it that way. Their quality was not worth the money!

They were very professional, pleasant and easy to work with. I have used them before twice for painting exterior trim.

This was an excellent experience. The owner made the quote, went over each item he promised to do, and checked up daily to make sure everything was going well. The crew of 5 he used were all hardworking, dedicated, and polite.

The best test of a company is whether it honors its warranty. Pride painted my house about 3 years ago. When it was time to sell, the inspection revealed a few places that needed repair. I called Pride Painting and Bob returned my call immediately. They waited until the weather was good (I really respect a company that will not paint if rain is forecast). They fixed it all for no charge. No hassle at all. I will definitely use them again.

I have to say this is one of the most professional, easy to do busy with companies. I highly recommend them. They won't leave until you are happy. Bob Bass is very knowledgeable, extremely polite and takes 'pride' in the work his company performs.
