Quick to get in touch with us. They had experienced people out looking at our pool the afternoon we put the project out.

They showed up unannounced and did not explain the process or the costs. After several attempts to find out what services were completed, we got a bill for over $500 and still not sure what they did. No explanation or conversation about the condition of the pool or what issues being addressed. Not the kind of service I expected or will use again!

This is a good quality company they do what they say they're gonna do when they say they're gonna do it hard to find these days.

I signed a contract with Blue Crystal in April of 2019. It is now August of 2020 and I do not have a finished pool. Rick Parker took 110,625.00 dollars from me and I am left with a concrete shell and a mud pit for a back yard. He has taken my money and not given me a refund. DO NOT use him!

Started off well, but our pool was regularly left completely clouded after service visit due to added chemicals. At Blue Crystals direction, changed sand in filter and this helped for a couple of weeks. Added chemicals significantly increase monthly cost. Stopped using them after continued cloudy pool (could not see bottom in shallow end). Blue Crystal said that the cloudiness was my fault.

These guys are very reliable and do a splendid job keeping my pool crystal blue! I really appreciate their consistency in personnel. They are also really amazing at customer service.

Blue Crystal Pools just completed my patio and fire pit and did an excellent job.

There was a couple of wrinkles in the liner and they came out and fixed it perfectly.
