Paul Bunyan Tree Care

Best tree service ive ever worked with

This is the second time I tried to use Paul Bunyan in the last three years. The one time I used them they were great. However the last two times I called (several times each try) I never got a call back to schedule a estimate. It's like they don't care anymore.

Left a message on their website and then a week later on the phone. No one returned our call, so we went with another service. Perhaps they may be great, but they lacked any response.

Job was to remove the tree to the stump and haul away all material. Estimate was given on a Wednesday, he said he could perform the work on that Friday. He indicated he would contact me so I could coordinate with my renters before Friday. Friday came and went, no phone call or email from him for his schedule and he never showed up to do the work. I had to have another business perform the work the following week. It shows a total lack of professionalism that he would not communicate and reschedule with me.

They did a very good job and was very neat when completed. It was hard to tell they had even been there.

Great job. Great great advice on overall landscaping objectives Chuck is very knowledgeable, but not pushy. Overall a great experience. I highly recommend.

This was a big job that I only do every five years. I have used him for several years now for various jobs. He came highly recommended to me and is always very good. He comes out and does free estimates, which he sticks by. He is a master arborist. His clean-up is very thorough.

I called in May to get an estimate to trim 10 Bradford Pear trees. Chuck came out, on time, and gave me an estimate, but said that the trees should not be trimmed until after August. So after August, I called several times on several days, on their office phone and Chuck's cell phone, and left messages that I wanted to proceed with the job. Well, no one ever returned my call. If they didn't want the job, they could at least have the courtesy of returning my calls to tell me that.

Charles is very knowledgeable. He is into conservation of trees whenever possible. I would definitely hire him again and recommend him to anybody in need of tree care

I AUTHORIZED THE COMPANY TO REMOVE THE TREES. THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO THE JOB POSSIBLY ON TUESDAY, OR FOR SURE THE FOLLOWING FRIDAY. THEY DID NOT SHOW UP ON TUESDAY. ON THURSDAY, I LEFT A VOICE MAIL MESSAGE THAT I WOULD NOT BE AT HOME IN THE MORNING, BUT WOULD BE BACK IN PLENTY OF TIME TO PAY FOR THEIR SERVICES AND TO PLEASE CALL ME IF THERE WERE CONCERNS. I NEVER HEARD FROM THEM. I COULD NOT REACH ANYONE EXCEPT BY ANSWERING MACHINE THE FOLLOWING WEEK. I LEFT AT LEAST TWO MORE MESSAGES CONFIRMING THAT I STILL WANTED THEM TO DO THE WORK. I HAVE NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN. I SUSPECT THEY REALIZED THEIR QUOTE WAS TOO LOW FOR THE WORK TO BE DONE AND DID NOT WANT TO DO THE WORK FOR THE PRICE QUOTED. THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE TO OUR INITIAL INQUIRY AND SEEMED VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. I REGRET THEY DIDN'T CALL BACK.

TREES WERE CUT DOWN WITH NO TROUBLE. HOWEVER, TREE PARTS WERE DUMPED IN OUR BACK YARD AND SWING SET WAS MOVED AND NEVER RETURNED TO ORIGINAL SPOT. WE CALLED AND ASKED FOR THESE ITEMS TO BE CORRECTED; HE SAID HE WOULD COME THE NEXT DAY, BUT NEVER SHOWED UP AND NEVER CALLED. PROBLEM NEVER RESOLVED.

EVERY ASPECT WAS POSITIVE, EVEN CUT THE WOOD INTO FIREPLACE SIZE AND STACKED IT FOR ME.

FIRST RATE IN ALL CATEGORIES. POLITE, HONEST, NEAT, AFFORDABLE AND TIMELY.
