I placed a request for estimate on Angie's list. Siarhei called me within 5 mins, was onsite within an hour, and had diagnosed the issue and repaired the problem within a few hours, and that was including the hour round-trip he needed to pick up a new control board. He showed me on the old board where it had short-circuited and corroded, and did not try to overcharge me on unnecessary repairs. He took extra time to show me everything that was done, and what to watch for in case of issues in the future. Thank you Siarhei!

I called Next HVAC right for an inspection on my 7 year old house heating/cooling system. The tech was very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to walk me through every little detail of every part of the system. I was pleased with his no pressure approach, yet he left no questions unanswered. I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family and will gladly continue doing business with them!

Had an issue with my A/C not working at all. Sent in a request for help early Sunday morning, though I didnâ t expect anyone to call back until Monday. Within an hour, Siarhei (Serg) called me, asked about any details I could provide, and what time was available to work on the A/C. We agreed on 2PM that same day, and he showed up 10 minutes early ready to save my A/C. After he inspected and tested the outside unit, air handler, components, etc he detailed the issue, what caused the breakdown and options I had for a fix. The pricing was very fair, and he spent some time letting me know how to maintain the A/C unit moving forward. Highly recommend Next HVAC!
