There are more praises to be sung than anything negative when it comes to Tyler and NC pools. Unfortunately, the folks that built our pool DID NOT do a good job PERIOD. we were sold into the idea that they are not sub contractors and all the crews were part of the company. That was my only ask during the design piece. Back to the point, with me pools, it's a must to flush the pipes before adding water! Needless to say, my pebble tech does not look like this is a brand new pool. That is until Tyler showed up. Tyler came over and his work ethics is compared to none because you can't find an honest person these days. That would devote the time and the energy for for the price you pay for maintenance. I don't care who your builder is. You want to keep enjoying your pool. You should reach out to tell him and NC pools. Happy to give him recommendation any day of any time.

Not only was Tyler prompt, courteous, professional and priced appropriately, he took the time to teach me about my pool.
