+ -1 moreWe are still waiting for Lennar to address the problems.
Description of Work: We have tried to get Lennar to address two problems: faulty windows and pipes that freeze in the master bath due to improper insulation. There is evidence of water damage to the house due to a problem with at least one of the window casings. After MANY calls, Tim Crane finally sent out a representative in May of this year (2006) who took notes and to whom I faxed the window warrantee. We have continued to call and fax Tim Crane and Brenda Beaver numerous times with NO results. If by chance I (or my husband) gets Tim or Brenda on the phone, they assure us they will take care of it but have never taken action to address the problems.

+ -1 moreWE ARE VERY DISSATISFIED WITH THEM. LENNAR IS ADVERTISING ON THE RADIO THAT EVERYTHING IS INCLUDED IN OUR HOMES. JOYCE DID OUR CONTRACT AND SAID IT WOULD BE NO PROBLEM TO HAVE HARD WOOD FLOORS PUT THROUGHOUT THE HOUSE. WHEN SHE CONTACTED US SHE TOLD US THAT THEY WOULD NOT PUT THEM ANYWHERE ELSE IN THE HOUSE EVEN IF WE WERE TO PAY ADDITIONAL FOR THEM.
Description of Work: WE WENT TO LENNAR TO PURCHASE A HOME.
