Bill follows through on the work, he has good ideas and we have hired him for quarterly service

I called and schedule the first appointment for a Saturday morning. Saturday came and went and no one showed up or called. I waited in the THREE HOUR window 8-11am for someone to show up and no one did. I called THEM back Monday morning and had to reschedule after leaving voicemails all weekend long for someone to call back. They said and quot;they didn’t' have my numberand quot; which is comical considering I left TWO voicemails with my number. So I thought.. ok let me try again. We scheduled a second visit for this past weekend. She said they might be able to come Saturday but they would come Sunday for sure... Saturday I never got a call so I assumed they would come Sunday or call since the weather was iffy. Sunday came and went.. no phone calls… nothing.. I called and asked for a refund because if this is how they want to build customer relations I want NO part of this company. We are going with a different landscape company for our needs. One that actually CONTACTS ITS CUSTOMERS. I just pray we get our money back because I truly feel cheated and the lack of communication is just astounding for a company trying to build a client list. Beware of the Living Social deals for lawn work and house cleaning…I should have just used Angies list and gotten someone good to begin with.. it’s not a deal if nothing gets done!

Bill has been providing service to us for about 9 months. He goes above and beyond to meet our needs. For example, we recently sold our house and he went out of his way to come to us on an unscheduled day to be sure our yard was in good shape before a showing. He does the work himself along with an assistant or two.
