Scheduling the appointment to have Aaron come out to provide an estimate was straightforward. He arrived on schedule on 12/18 and was very polite. Unlike other contractors who came out to provide estimates he did not come prepared to measure, photograph, or document the work needed to be done. He could not provide a business card. Luckily, I have a background in Project Management and was prepared for him by providing a list of the work to be included. The walk through wrapped up fairly quickly. When Aaron departed he said he would provide the quote by the next day. That was on 12/18. Today is 1/8 and I have not heard back from Aaron since that day. This in my book is a huge red flag. In this day with the many means of communication we have not responding to a customer, no matter what the reason, is unexcusable. Luckily, we have this forum to share these types of experiences and warn others that they may be wasting their time. Everyone's time is valuable and small businesses who aren't eager for work don't deserve to remain in business.

Aaron (the owner) was great. He gave us a spot-on estimate and did some extra work as well like touching up trim and even some bad edges in a couple of rooms that I painted myself. They worked very fast, and helped move furniture around. It took them a little longer than they thought, but mostly because a few rooms weren't drying fast enough.

They were outsanding. They had attention to detail and quality work. They had experience and were very personal. They cared that the job was done right.
