Eastcoast Countertops

We had a fantastic experience working with East Coast Countertops. The whole process was efficient and very affordable! Our sales rep was Bryant- he was very friendly and helpful. We picked out granite Saturday and they were able to install the following Friday! We went to several other places in the Charlotte area, and East Coast had the best prices by a long run. Every person that came out to our house was friendly and respectful of our home. We are very happy with our beautiful new countertops and absolutely love how they have brightened our kitchen! They came in and did a template on my kitchen cabinets. They went back because they were from North Carolina. They cut the slab, brought it in and installed it. The job went well. They have a representative in Pennsylvania and the guy who owns the company is from Pennsylvania and so they come back often and do countertops. They do them all over the place because even my brother who lives in South Carolina used them. They were very good and they cleaned everything up. They didn’t move anything and they were just good. They were very professional and they cleaned up without leaving a mess. The quality of work is great. I would definitely have them again. Anytime I called them they called me back and they were on top of it. They responded to my calls quickly. They did it in a good time frame and they were very professional.

From the installation things have not gone well. The original installers claimed that the very obvious seam was their best work and that's the way it should look. Another tile expert looked at it and disagreed and prompted me to have them repair the seam. Also, I found a gouge mark on a different piece of granite. Through my representative, the company Rep, Tim was invited back to repair the damages. Tim claimed to have made the repairs, but I neither saw him, nor were the repairs made. On Dec. 13, when I was not at home, Tim and some repairmen did come to make repairs. However, they are still unsatisfactory to me. The seam is just as bad athough the gouge mark is smoothed out, it can still be seen and felt. Now, the seal between the granite and my sink has now become very rough. It has now been 7 months and my problems have not been resolved. Tim does not seem to be acting in good faith. I truly regret that I did not stop payment on my check when I had the opportunity to do so. I believe this is my last resort.

I did have few problems with them. They chipped a few of my sinks when installing the faucets. The kitchen countertops were a little rough. Concerning my kitchen faucet everything was a little too close together. I felt that they did not do any finishing touches.

They are experts at what the do. They did an excellent job for me. I thought that their prices were very good. They were easy to work with and very clean. They answered any questions that I had and were very honest and straight forward with the answers.
