Description of Work: They did a fine job. Fixed several problems with our blind which is about 20 years old. We were very impressed with the workmanship performed and would certainly use them again. We highly recommend these guys.

Description of Work: I called them to get help with blinds cleaning, but the phone rolled over to voice mail. I left my name and phone number and asked them to call me back. Never heard from them. Ended up booking another service provider instead.

Description of Work: Jack and Bruce replaced a broken cord on my blackout blind. They removed, washed and replaced all my sunroom duet blinds on-site. The first contact by phone, including information collected by Jack regarding my service needs, to the end result, was an excellent experience. Before they set a date to arrive Jack checked on the size, length and type of cord that I needed replaced. He explained in detail how he cleans the blinds with mobile equipment on-site. We scheduled a date within a few days so that he had time to get the correct cord. He called ahead and told me the exact time he planned to arrive and they arrived exactly as indicated. Once I showed them where the blinds were they proceeded quietly to work. They are organized, efficient, knowledgeable, professional. I had a computer consultant here at the same time. I was able to work with him with no interruption. The blinds look great. Lighter and clean as promised. Before they left I consulted with Jack about another room's window regarding cutting light that comes in during the early morning. He gave me ideas and I asked him to give me a quote on a blind to cut down the reflection on the existing drape. He measured the window. I expect to hear from him in a couple of days.

Description of Work: Sonic cleaned approximately 39 blinds (few were small around front door). Very Neat and professional, and I am very pleased with the overall operation and performance.
