Excellent work! They cleaned my Hunter Douglas silhouette blinds which are very difficult to clean. They were professional, personal and efficient. They brought their work trailer to my home and did all the cleaning in there. They spent about 4 hours cleaning 8 blinds and my blinds looked amazing. These blinds were over 10 years old and they look brand new. One blind was severely stained and soiled and it cleaned up beautifully. I am very pleased and would call them again.

This is the 3rd or 4th time I've had Jack out to clean the blinds. I emailed Jack for an appointment, and he was here in less then 7 days. As always Jack and Bruce are punctual and professional. Bruce took all the blinds down, while Jack took them out to the truck to clean them. Then Bruce brought rehung them all. It took about 3 hours from start to finish. My blinds look brand new again. I highly recommend Jack and Bruce.

We installed the blinds 10 years ago and this was the first time we had them cleaned. When I ran my finger along them there was a 'film' that could no longer just be cleaned by dusting, so I knew it was time to have them professionally cleaned. From the first time I called, Jack (owner) was very responsive and quick to get back to me. He runs a very efficient and professional business. The quote was thorough and reasonable. The actual cleaning day went smoothly and Jack and his crew were careful with our blinds and did not make a mess at all. I knew we needed it done but didn't know how much better (like new) our blinds would look after they were clean. We also had our windows cleaned the next day (by another vendor) and the windows now look shiny and clean. The team also repaired one of our blinds that had not worked in a year and replaced missing valence clips. We will use DirtyBlinds again and plan to recommend them to anyone who asks!

Our dirty-beyond-belief blinds LOOK BRAND NEW now! They were absolutely and embarrassingly hideous before, and we can't stop looking at them now. I challenge anyone to tell me they didn't just arrive new, straight from the store. Jack Ballway and his assistant Bruce arrived at our home, promptly took down the blinds and began the ultrasonic cleaning process in their very impressive mobile unit waiting outside. They were extremely professional, courteous and on the ball. Unbeknownst to us, our blinds weren't originally installed properly -- Jack noticed screws were missing from the fixture and replaced the missing ones. Also, one of our blinds hadn't been working properly for a long time (the thingie that allows them to be angled was stripped), and Jack and crew were able to repair that for a small fee. Once the cleaned blinds were put back up again, they were actually dazzling! We didn't expect them to look brand new because they were so very dirty, but Jack and Bruce had promised we'd be satisfied with the results. Well, my husband and I are beyond satisfied. Excellent experience, extremely professional, courteous and punctual.I didn't even know there was a service that fixed these kinds of problems with blinds. Our wooden blinds are very expensive and we're thrilled that they're working again beautifully and didn't have to spend thousands to replace them. Will definitely call Jack again the next time we run into an issue with any of our other blinds.

From start to finish, everything was professional. Jack returned my call promptly, explained the process and set up a date and time. He arrived on-time, introduced himself, asked permission before backing the trailer in the driveway and explained the set-up process and how they would proceed. Bruce began removing the blinds, room by room, numbering them as he went along. They were taken to the trailer, dusted, washed, dried and being rehung in no time at all. The cleanliness of the blinds was immediately apparent. Many of the blinds were missing the little plug (that held the end of the cords) on the bottom and they were replaced without my even asking at no extra cost. I was very pleased with the entire process and would recommend them to others.

Jack, the owner and Bruce took down, cleaned, and put back up 11 mini blinds. They were able to help me out with a couple of missing parts on two of the blinds as well which was very nice of Jack. I didn't think the blinds were that dirty but when they were put back up I could see a noticeable difference. I am very pleased with the job dirtyblinds.com did for me. They were prompt and professional. I would certainly used them again in the future and recommend them to anyone needing a like new look in their dirty blinds.

Jack returned my phone call promptly and arrived on time for our estimate appointment. He took his time measuring windows and really understanding what my concerns were so that he could recommend the appropriate solution. I asked for a quote both on cleaning all the blinds and replacing all the blinds (we just moved into a new home and the previous owner used store bought blinds that had LOTS of extra length bunched up at the bottom of each window). Jack gave me the estimate by window for cleaning, shortening and replacing so that I could decide myself what I wanted. I felt it was important to get my windows cleaned the same day that the new blinds were hung and the others cleaned. Jack helped me coordinate his services with another Angie's List vendor, True Blue Window Cleaning. I spoke to the window cleaner separately but, once hired, they arranged their schedules and presented me with several dates that worked to have all the work done simultaneously. Jack arrived promptly this morning and he and his colleague, Bruce, went immediately to work taking down the blinds so that the window cleaner could come in behind them. Since he cleans the blinds right in your driveway in his mobile unit you don't have to wait for them to be delivered. It's absolutely marvelous. They're swept away, cleaned and re-hung all in a very short time window. They arrived at 8 and were gone, leaving me a happy, happy customer, within 3 hours. The new blinds that Jack had custom made for me are super -- I plan to purchase replacements from him for my other windows as need and budget dictate. In the meantime I'm saving Jack's number for an annual call to make my blinds lovely and clean!! I can't say enough good things about my experience with Dirty Blinds of Charlotte.

They were on time and very nice guys. It did seem a little expensive but I do not have any comparison for pricing. They now look a lot brighter and cleaner.

I actually met Jack and his family while at a service station just outside of Charlotte when I saw the sign on his truck and the trailer behind. I told him that I was going to get some new windows installed soon and would love to have him come clean my blinds after the windows were in. He was so very personable and offered to come at my convenience, which was wonderful! On the day of the cleaning, he took me out to the trailer beforehand, showed me the whole sonic-cleaning-drying process that he was going to use on my blinds (quite impressive!), and then he and his employee went to work and had the whole job done in less than two hours! Not only did he clean the blinds, but he also untangled all the cords. I was so impressed that I asked him for business cards to share at my workplace. I will definitely use DirtyBlinds.com again!

perfect, they knew what they were doing , the blinds has not been cleaned in over 15 years, we could not get them clean by hand cleaning, now they look like new, very professional, would highly reccomend them to anyone, they also fixed some minor issues with the blinds reg cords etc.

The name of the person I worked with was Jack. I have forty three blinds in my house and its not easy job to remove it, clean and install it back. He was here all day long joking, cleaning and he was friendly. My blinds look very clean now.
