This was our first experience with this business, and it was a great one. We set up a day through Angie's list messaging and email. The team arrived on time, introduced each person, explained the process, put coverings on the floor and got started. All blinds were carefully numbered (you can't see it when they are put back up) , to be sure they are re-installed in the correct window. I was invited to see the actual cleaning process at their mobile unit and it is fascinating. They did all the blinds in our home within about 3 hours. Both strings and blinds are now smooth and bright white again, just like when we first bought them over 15 years ago! It's amazing. Everyone was very professional and personable and you feel safe having them in your home. I learned they also order and install various types of new window coverings, so we will keep them in mind for that too.

They take the blinds off the windows, take them out to their truck to make sure that there are not any repairs needed. Then they put them in a machine that cleans them and then dries them so they are not wet when they put them back on the window. They also dust under the blinds to make sure everything is spotless. The solution that they coat the blinds with is wonderful. When you go to dust afterwards, just using a normal feather duster, it picks it right up. Almost like RainX for your blinds! They showed up around 1 pm and were done by 4 pm. They are wonderful people and they want to make sure that they do a great job for you. Really go above and beyond for their customers. I would recommend them to anyone!

Scheduling was no problem, even with the weather, Jack worked with us to meet our deadline. The work was performed very well, and the blinds are bright white again! Definitely would recommend.

First, they were easy to contact. And responsive. Then, they showed up on time and were courteous. And finally, even though they had quoted us a higher price over the phone, they determined that our broken blind could be repaired without new parts, so our bill was lower than we thought! Jack, the owner, came out to give me an estimate and was very professional and polite. He had scheduled a time for a team of two men to remove the blinds, and they were supposed to call when they were on their way, but they just showed up. They removed the blinds in less than 30 minutes, and labeled them. After we had the windows installed, I called the owner to schedule a time for installing the cleaned and repaired blinds. They were not able to make the first scheduled date, but they came on time on the following Saturday morning and apologized for the delay. They reinstalled all the blinds, and made sure I was happy with the quality of the work before leaving. The cost was much less than it would have been to replace the wood blinds, and they look very good. I would recommend Jack and his service.

In my experience they proved to be an unreliable service, with poor communication and poor customer service. I sent them an email via Angies List in early June, asking for a quote on blind repair and cleaning. They did respond to my email promptly, and they did come out to my home within a few days to assess the repairs needed and take measurements for an estimate - but it's been over 4 weeks now since then and I still haven't heard anything back from them on cost. I have lost count of the number of polite voicemail messages I have left them or emails I have sent, just simply following up on getting an estimate for how much it would cost to clean my blinds. They have not returned calls, or responded to emails. On the positive side, the man who came to take our measurements for the estimate (Bruce) was a pleasant and knowledgeable person and he was very polite. But this is useless if nobody from the company ever calls you back when you are trying to request a service! Will not contact them again.

Bruce and David (I believe I have the names correct), came out to our home on 7/2/14. We have 33 windows and all but 1 window have true wooden blinds. They were professional, prompt and impressive from the quotation portion of the job until the job was completed. They had to take each individual slat out of every blind and manually clean and polish them. Bruce joined the men around 1pm to ensure the job would be completed on time as promised. This is a small company with a HUGE reputation! Their work comes mainly from referrals and now I know why. My sister-in-law had used them in the past and had nothing but wonderful things to say about them. We were beyond pleased with their service and we will definitely recommend them and plan to utilize their service in the future.

Went great. Called on Tuesday the 24th and they were at our house the following day. Took a couple of hours but they did a great job. They remove the blinds and take them out to their truck where they do the washing. Then they bring them back and rehang them. Great service!

I had a 10 percent Angie’s List discount for it. They take them down and mark them, and I have used them before so mine were already marked with a number, like one through 20 so they knew exactly which window to put them back up at. They bring them back in the house after they clean them and hang them up for me and everything. I had used these people before but it had been three or four more years, so mine was getting to the point they needed it. I knew the quality of their work and was happy so I called them again, and they came out and did it. It wasn’t cheap but it is a quality job.

Jack is great to work with. Super friendly and simply wants to make sure you are satisfied throughout the whole process. My husband and I were really shocked with the reasonableness of price considering we have a lot of windows throughout our house. They look great! Jack came to measure and once the order was placed, the blinds were ready for installation in 2-3 weeks. Jack and two workers came and installed the windows and towed away the old ones in 2 hours. For a reasonable price, our house looks drastically different, in a positive way!

Took all blinds down and out to truck where they were individually taken apart, cleaned and repaired where needed. They were all replaced in EXCELLENT working order, cleats were installed and valances replaced. Blinds had never been cleaned. Now they look and feel brand new. Jack and his crew were very professional, clean, neat and organized. Will definitely use again for installation of shades on screened in back porch.

I could not be happier with the wonderful job Dirtyblinds.com did for me today. My blinds are as smooth and clean as they were the day I bought them. They even cleaned the cords and got them all back to snow white color. I highly recommend this service, and this vendor, who actually repaired vertical blinds for me two years ago. They are extremely professional, neat, thorough and polite.

Jack showed up right on time. He explained the process and got started. He had one other gentlemen with him. They worked until around 2:30 pm taking down, cleaning, fixing and rehanging all the blinds. The removed their shoes in the house and had great manners. Jack took the time to answer all of my questions and make recommendations. He also demonstrated the ultrasonic cleaning process. My blinds look great! Even the strings are white again. Very happy.

Jack came out to do the estimate, and then two others (Bruce and ___? I'm sorry I can't remember his name!) came out to clean the blinds a few days later. We had a bit of a scheduling glitch, but it worked out. They came in, numbered all the blinds, removed them, took them out to the truck, cleaned them, and hung them all back up. I am embarrassed to say that my blinds were a dusty MESS when they got started. But my whole house smells fresher after this service, and it's nice to have it done. I'll be using them again. The charge is by linear foot.

Fabulous service! We are painting the interior and found the blinds were dusty and dingy, even with weekly dusting and occasional vacuuming. We had purchased the blinds as a "temporary" solution 14 years ago and never felt the need to replace them until now. Upon pricing replacements (and thinking about discarding still working blinds into a landfill) I researched cleaning services. Jack came out quickly, measured each blind and provided an estimate. He also said he could replace the slat turning mechanisms that had become stiff while he was cleaning. Jack and Dave brought their truck on the coldest day of the year, took down and numbered all the blinds, took them to the truck to wash, ultrasonic and fix. They then brought them back in and reinstalled each in the window they came from. The blinds look like new! They are bright and clean, the closers work perfectly, and 39 blinds are not in the landfill. This is the best decision I've made since changing the colors of my walls, and I am delighted to recommend Jack and Dirty Blinds to anyone who wants cleaning.

We contacted Dirtyblinds.Com because we wanted to have our blinds cleaned. We dusted our blinds but realized that some of the blinds needed more than dusting...they needed a cleaning! We found Dirtyblinds.com on Angie's List and decided we'd give them a try. We were thrilled to learn that they would remove remove and clean all the blinds on the same day at our residence. We scheduled the appointment and they showed up on time with a two-person crew. One person removed and re-installed the blinds while the other person cleaned the blinds in their portable trailer in our driveway area. They even cleaned the valances! Dirtyblinds.Com also had replacement clips for the valances! This was significant because we had unsuccessfully searched online for some replacement clips that had been damaged previously. Not only do they clean blinds, they're also a source for the various valance clip attachments. Who knew? Well, I do...NOW! Once again, our blinds look brand new thanks to Dirtyblinds.Com. DirtyBlinds.com showed up on time, did their job with courtesy and professionally. The entire job was completed in 2 hours. They took all the blinds and valances down, cleaned them and then rehung them. They also replaced the cords on one window blind and installed a blind on a door. This was the first professional cleaning in 8 years, but it won't be the last. I definitely will use dirtyblinds.com again, and recommend them to everyone.

WONDERFUL! I would recommend them to anyone. I truly believe this helped us sell our home. You can always try to do them yourself, but there is no way you can get the cords clean. The electrostatic process that they use is really awesome. They even SMELLED clean! Our blinds are about 8 years old and never cleaned by the previous owner. They look brand-new. Called and set up appointment to have my faux blinds cleaned which had not been cleaned in 14 years...Jack showed up on time and talked me through the process. He then proceeded to start work.
