Jack did what was needed without trying to recommend replacing parts that could be readily fixed. He took the time to show me how to properly lower and raise the blinds so as to extend the life of the cords. Highly recommended!

I sent Jack the dimensions and photos of the windows I needed blinds for and he responded with an initial estimate within an hour (via text). He stopped by to take measurements and a deposit, two days later. Then he came back to install the blinds about two weeks later. Jack was very easy to communicate with (by text and phone), excellent customer service and installed high-quality products. I'd highly recommend DirtyBlinds to anyone looking to purchase new blinds!

He explained where one of our problems was going to happen to another two of our blinds later or sooner, and explained how to prevent the problem from happening in the future. This is the first time in 20 years we had our blinds cleaned. OMG, what a difference! Well worth the money and they called back within an hour with an estimated quote. The 2 other I called for an estimate have yet to call me back. I love them and would reco to anyone. They even fixed the broken and shorten them to windows length.
