Bruce showed up exactly on time. He repaired my double window honeycomb blind. He did a wonderful job of repairing the blind by replacing the cord and taking out some of the unnecessary weights at the bottom which made this extremely heavy to raise the blind. Now looking to use them to clean our blinds. I will definitely recommend them to friends and neighbors.

Wow ! Our dingy cream colored blinds and cords are now as white and sparkly as the day we first bought them .....18 years ago. No amount of cleaning over the years could even begin to compare with what these folks did in less than half a day. They even got the ones clean that the dogs had taken over. They deliver not only an excellent product, but great customer service by being easy to talk with and informative every step of the way. They were careful not only in handling the blinds, but with the window coverings, our floors and carpet as well. Our blinds were repaired and cleaned on site, and they will even invite you to see the process first hand. They also sell, install and service new window coverings, so they will be our go to source in the next house too.

Unsure yet about value - they will be replacing somethings, and they have not come in yet. Think it might be on the high side, but sometimes convenience is worth the price,.
