Bobby DiMilo personally supervised the job. He gave me a completely spelled out printed estimate which explained exactly what was to be done. It required a good deal of digging, as they were removing a previously installed crushed stone and wood patio, and replacing it with a larger paver stone patio, that had to be absolutely level and yet still have the water run off to a sloping driveway. They had to install new drain systems for drain pipes running off the gutters, which went underground to a drain down the driveway. I was not at first happy about some of the stonework, and Bobby without any argument had his men rip out the stone and dig deeper to get the level exactly right. They then installed the privacy fencing. They moved all of the previous patio to the back yard to be re-used for another project. I AM EXTREMELY PLEASED by all the work that went into the job.It is BEAUTIFUL, and we have received MANY compliments. on the workmanship. I would not hesitate to use DeMilo Bros. again.

The crew installed a paver patio and a half wall for me. Value added service in adding stone around an exposed AC unit and engineering the half wall so as not to interfere with electrical box outside. Work was done in about 1 and 1/2 days, quicker than I thought would be possible but crew worked tirelessly and professionally.

Bobby (and his workmen) offered some good advice/suggestions - corrected a problem with a tree well (and roots) - installed and attractively landscaped a patio. Would definitely recommend.

Hold them to the recommended procedure as advised by Home Advisor. I didn't and now I'll be arguing with them to come back and finish the job. Regreatably, I made a substantial partial payment. Hopefully, they will come back and finish the job as promised
