This guy......I give him a 10!!! He apparently lacerated his finger pretty good and still came out to my house and got everything done way ahead of the estimated time and didn't charge me for the full estimated time. Who does that these days? Fair, honest, hard working and definitely knows what he's doing. Would I hire again?? He|| yes!

Rick had me wait 2 weeks for his appointment today. He never showed up, never called, just a totally wasted day. I've been here waiting for 6 hours.

Rick did an outstanding job mounting 3 TVs in our new home. We purchased 2 of the TVs from him at a price lower than the big box retailers. His recommendations were spot on and we could not be happier. We highly recommend Creative Home Media.

Working with Rick was very easy. He listens well and has an even temperament that helps when you are learning a new way of doing things. Today's audio and visual components are phone controlled for the most part and you need to do things in a certain order..Rick can train you easily. I also liked that Rick used some of my previous components that were still relevant. That saved us a few bucks.

Rick was excellent to work with. Professional, responsive, honest, thorough and meticulous. He was quick to fit our job into a packed schedule (quote and job completion within a week and a half of inquiry) and our tv and mantle look great -- no more visible cords! He and his team took great care of our belongings, using pads to ensure nothing was damaged and cleaned up (including vacuumed) once the job was complete to ensure no dust, debris or trash was left behind. You wouldn't have known they were ever here. Highly recommend and will call again for any future home theater/A/V projects.

The job was well planned and professionally executed. During the planning phase, Rick provided media device and placement recommendations. Rick and his team were very professional and insured inter-operability within the network provider, receiver, SONOS, and our iPhones. This inclusive set up is user friendly for our outdoor and indoor media needs. Efficient, effective, and simply understood.

Rick can do it all - not only is he highly competent with AV, he loves what he does and he's very professional. I'm always wary of hiring people I've never met, but based on Angie's List and other reviews, I hired Rick for a small job. Not only was he extremely helpful over the phone with an initial issue I was having, but when we scheduled the job at my house he was prompt, courteous, and willing to go the extra mile to make things right. I'd highly recommend him for any AV job, no matter how large or small. Thanks Rick.

Well pleased

Rick and his team arrived on time and did a bang up job. We even added a small piece of work to relocate an electrical plug in another room to account for a mounted tv to conceal the wires.

Excellent. He did a great job. Plan to have him return soon to troubleshoot some home networking issues.

Rick was very professional and courteous in his work. I would have been more pleased if the mount came with the tilt option for the price I paid but it was my fault for not clarifying that with Rick before the service appointment. Having said that I would definitely recommend him.
