Description of Work: We NEEDED a good!! Realtor when serious issues arose during a purchase with a 'for sale by owner'. Already working with Norma Rowe for our loan, she suggested we talk to her husband, Mike Rowe. Mike is an exceptional Realtor! We were under a timeline and Mike was incredible to work with!

Description of Work: Mike is hands down the best realtor we've ever worked with! Seriously. We have bought two homes with Mike, and his is really amazing. He is truly an advocate for you during every step of the process, and is an excellent negotiator. He is extremely knowledgeable about real estate and all the laws, responsive, and went way beyond our expectations on many occasions. For example, we were under contract on a house and there was a problem with the road leading to the house being a private road. He took time to help investigate if there was a private road user agreement in place, which required multiple phone calls, and even talking to the neighbors. In the end there wasn't, and we backed out of the contract. Even thought it meant back to square one for Mike, he was so supportive and encouraging that it was the right decision. On another occasion, we were unsure if a boat dock on the property was permitted or built illegally. He made the phone calls to the appropriate people to get answers. Once we were under contract, Mike helped us to get estimates during the post-inspection negotiations process with the seller, and ultimately got them to agree to a higher dollar credit amount back to us, even higher than we asked for! He rolls his sleeves up and jumps in with both feet. You'd think he were buying the home for himself! From A to Z, Mike has you covered. He is also very knowledgeable about homes in general, and as we looked at different homes, he would bring up any red flags about the home. He was very accommodating with our schedule to look for homes, and was just on the ball and fast, fast, fast. In addition, if you get your financing through Cobblestone Mortgage, Mike will give you a 1% rebate on his commissions. For us it was a win-win-win! We couldn't recommend Cobblestone Realty enough.
