He was very nice and said he would be out the same day which made me happy as I was tired of listening to my smoke detectors beep even after I changed he batteries. When it was his appointed time he called and said he was behind and would be out the next day so we agreed on a new time. I came home early to be here and waited the rest of the day. No show, no call. I called him twice but got voicemails asking him to call me back. My time is just as valuable as others and this vendor cannot be relied upon to meet their commitments.

+ -1 moreRob and his brother were great guys, friendly and professional. We felt very comfortable with them. The job was done well and they were upfront about costs and made appropriate suggestions for our home. Top reasons I would use them again: 1) Prompt and in touch--very responsive to calls and texts and showed up on time or a couple minutes early 2) Upfront/honest--Rob came for a consultation for the work to assess time and cost, he delivered exactly what he said he would 3) Clean and considerate--they cleaned up all traces of work (I have pretty high standards for this, I'm a bit of a neat freak) and they accommodated our work schedules and were respectful of that by coming out before work on a weekday
Description of Work: We needed some cable lines dropped and coaxes installed in a newly renovated home with a small crawl space

From initial phone call to installation of fixtures it only took one week. Rob and his crew were extremely polite and courteous, professional and efficient. HIGHLY recommend them for any electrical work. I now have a go-to electrician for the future. No need for me to call anyone else.
Description of Work: Install foyer (2 story) light, 4 other fixtures, install 2 dimmers and fixed a light socket.

+ -1 moreRobb and crew did an awesome job at taking a very complicated, almost 7 year old, half finished, rough-in job from the previous home owner into a swanky master suite and office. Robb is excellent at determining the overall vision for a remodel and thinking though all the details of how the electrical should be organized and implemented. To give you an example, Robb kept asking us how we wanted things and eventually he stopped asking and simply made the decisions. We are glad we stepped back and let him do what he does best. If you have a complicated electrical remodel, you would be crazy not to hire Robb and team to figure it out.
Description of Work: Finished addition remodel from previous home owner, bedroom, bath and office.

Description of Work: He never showed up or never called back. Spoke with him and said he would be there. We really liked his previous reviews now I don't know what to say. We still need an electrician.

+ 0 moreJim was very fast, and efficient. He did a great job! I am very pleased with how quickly he performed the job. It was a breath of fresh air considering the issues we were running into with our other sub contractors outfitting our shop space. There were no surprises with our bill or any additional things we didn't need. He helped us to upgrade so our energy bill would be lower with the bulbs he put in. We have used him several times since and my employees have used him as well.
Description of Work: Changed out lights, put lines for exhaust, put in circuits and outlets for register and computer at reception.

+ 0 moreJim came and checked out my panel. He did some work out there and the proceeded to fix the outlet I was having issues with. Afterwards, he saw that we had new appliances delivered and he installed them for us, even our water lines to the fridge and dishwasher.
Description of Work: When I bought my house 2 years ago, it seemed to not have any issues as it was a new construction that had been sitting for 2 years. The walk through went great and everything seemed to be fine. It wasn't until the day we were moving in that I have outlet issues, a circuit breaker kept tripping in the master bathroom, and I had issues with a GFI outlet. I called Jim and he came over same day and fixed everything within an hour and even installed my new appliances for me. He was very professional, knowledgeable and was very reasonable with his prices. He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, and both my husband and I felt very comfortable and we have used them several times (both personally and at my place of business) since and even recommended them to several of our friends.

+ -1 moreOur downstairs a/c unit was not cooling properly - we were unable to get below 76-78 degrees. Rob had been out previously to do electrical and HVAC work for us, so we called and he came out the same day. He showed me the air temperature readings, explained some ways I can tell what is going on with the lack of cool air (the exhaust air temp, the water flow), and walked me through the steps he would take to conduct the repair. He was thorough and I felt like I knew exactly what I had paid for. Rob is pleasant, friendly, and willing to explain as much or as little as you want to know. I will definitely use him again.
Description of Work: Replaced R-22 refrigerant in one A/C unit, washed and cleaned 2 A/C units.

+ -1 moreI called and Rob stopped by the same day and gave me a price for the work to be performed. After getting a couple of estimates from other companies, I decided on Circuit Works. When I called them back, I scheduled a convenient time for me to have the work performed.
Description of Work: Rob installed 8 new can lights for me in a new addition to our house. I appreciated that he was there on time and conducted himself as a professional. He did quality work and even helped me with a little switch problem that I had at no charge. Their prices are fair for the quality work they perform. I know that I will call them again in the future if I need any electrical work done again.

From the time I contacted and met Bob Woods for my electrical work, I knew that I had selected a great electrician. Bob was a total professional and confirmed to me exactly what he understood the job was and gave me an estimate for his work. I agreed with his estimate and we set a date for the completion of his portion of the project. Bob confirmed his arrival the night before and arrived with his team on time. They immediately got to work and finished the job quickly. They cleaned up the bathroom and even carried away the boxes.
Description of Work: To replace and install 3 new bathroom vanity lights, a ceiling light and fan, pot light switches and two new electrical oughtlets.
