 + -1 moreThis is the best carpet cleaning service in the area. We used them when we lived in the Weddington/Waxhaw area. It is a family owned company and you will not find nicer more genuine people to do business with. Jeff does a meticulous and detailed job and uses a unique process that gets your carpets cleaner than the methods used by some of the big companies. He explains his process to his customers in detail. He made special accommodations to fit us into his busy schedule when we moved. These are top notch people and I would have used them long term if we had stayed in the area. Highly recommended!

 + -1 moreThey recommended getting carpet stretched before cleaning. So Duane Mullis did the stretching. Jeff is really booked up ahead so plan ahead, maybe 3 weeks, to get on the schedule. He did a vacuum, shampoo (not steam cleaning), fluffing, and drying. It really takes time. The house smells like orange zest. All the ingredients are biodegradable and safe for pets. We really can give Jeff an unqualified approval for his work.
Description of Work: 3 rooms, hall, stairs, a runner ... we had 13 years of dirt accumulation and he was able to get almost all of it. Couldn't get the lipstick off. Jeff spent almost 5 hours cleaning.

 + -1 moreHe's very professional, his rates are extremely fair and he's very honest. He does all the work himself and he works very hard. On top of everything his character cannot be beat, I can't say enough good things about him!
Description of Work: He has cleaned the carpets in my master bedroom several times, and more recently he cleaned wall to wall carpets in my house as well as 3 area rugs.

 + -1 moreJeff came with his wife to clean the carpets in a rental house we own next door. There were some pesky stain areas that really came out amazing with his expert care and magic potions. He also tested his skill on a nasty lotion spot in our bedroom (next door) to see if it was worth trying to salvage - so far so good on that too! Obviously a very conscientious and customer-oriented craftsman that I'd recommend to anyone.
Description of Work: Cleaned 3 bedrooms, living room and large wide hall.
