Description of Work: This was a superior service performed on time, within budget and with knowledgeable technicians. They increased the warrantee from 3 years to 5 years due to Angie's list and gave a 10% Senior discount bringing the total to $1500.00. I recommended them to others in the neighborhood and they immediately walked around the home prior to having the homeowners check the attic. I also recommended they use Angie's list.

Description of Work: Home was for sale and inspector reported a raccoon under house. I called A All Animal Control. I did not get a return call until the following day. Technicians came later that day and reported that there may have been something under house but it was not there now. They did place a trap with bait and said to call if we caught anything. Over approximately 3 weeks there was no activity at all at the trap. I called 5 days after original placement and was told to wait and see. I did not hear anything else. I had family checking the trap since we had already moved. I was then told the trap was gone and since I had no notice, I had to contact A All again for explanation. I would have liked better communication of what was going on, if anything. To be honest, I am not sure I got my money's worth but I did agree to the terms. Everyone I spoke with was polite just not helpful or informative beyond the first visit. A All did confirm picking up the trap and said they did not see anything under house. |I just can not give them an A since I really am not sure what they did other than go under house and set trap then pick it up without informing me. I am hoping this effort will be sufficient for the inspection for the sale.

Description of Work: They put up screens on the gables of our home and tubes to evict bats, came in and cleaned and disinfected the attics. Very professional, very helpful with giving information on how to prevent in future. Would use them again if I ever am in need of their services.

Description of Work: We discovered a Raccoon in our yard one night. Company was here the next day, explained the process to us, placed a trap and the next day we no longer had the raccoon. The trap was left for several days until we were sure there was not another one somewhere. Very professional and prompt. Great Work

Description of Work: My wife was almost bitten by a copperhead in our yard. This was the first snake of any kind we have had in 3 years we have lived here. My wife was terrified and called me at work. I found Tim on Angies List and called and left a voicemail. He returned my call within 15 minutes. He told me the price up front. And within 20 more minutes was in my yard helping my wife. He spent almost an hour searching our small yard for the snake but of course it had disappeared. He volunteered a trap and where to put it. He further explained in detail the habits of the copperhead, and where and when it might be hanging out. This was great comfort to my wife. He told her that since our yard was so small and so pristine there was no reason for the snake to hang around and probably had moved on. And since after 4 days we have not seen or trapped the snake, we are more confident that it has moved on. BUT Tim said he would come back in two weeks and put down the proper repellant as part of his total charge. I would highly recommend him
