He was the most responsive out of all of the other service providers I called and he came out as soon as he could. He has good customer service skills.

In 12 years of home ownership, this company is literally the worst we have ever dealt with. Our pool was damaged by the employees' lack of knowledge and the owner never returned a single phone call we placed to him. Our pool became covered with algae and the bottom of the pool was literally eaten away by the misuse of chemicals. We were promised the situation would be resolved, but have gotten absolutely nowhere with this company. We have never been so frustrated with the lack of quality and responsiveness from a company as we are with Blue Crystal Pools.

Description of Work: Rick and his partner came out to my house the day I called with a question about my filter! They were in the area so they stopped in. They answered all my questions, were very professional, and easy to talk to about my pool issues. I will always call them for my pool service from now on!

It's one thing to provide customer-focused service when things go well, but quite another to be just as good when things don't go smoothly. Such is the case with Blue Crystal Pools. Rick Parker, owner, ordered our liner and we expected it to arrive and be installed within 10 to 14 days; however, there was a problem with the liner manufacturer and our liner was delayed by approximately one month during peak swim season! Rick gave us updates every week and took lots of chastising from us. We complained constantly and through it all, he remained calm, professional and empathic. I was amazed at how well he dealt with us regardless of how bad his news was at times. He never shied away from calling! The whole point is that Rick did what he said he was going to do throughout the process and never seemed rattled by a sometimes-helpless situation. We've even hired him to maintain the pool for us! We are thrilled with the end result and would recommend Blue Crystal Pools.
Description of Work: Replaced in-ground liner, ladder, handrail; general pool maintenance for the season. Price does not reflect 4 truckloads of water @ $150.00/load or monthly pool maintenance.

Rick was prompt and professional, and his keen understanding of the workings of a pool helped to formulate a plan that would correct my water issues. He took the time to ensure I understood the problem and solution, and placed a follow up call to check for questions.

HAD HAD SOMEONE ELSE TO DO THE WORK, WHO HAD DONE LINER REPLACEMENT AND OTHER WORK FOR US PREVIOUSLY, WHO WAS VERY DIFFICULT TO GET OUT HERE. BEEN WAITING AT LEAST 2 (OR MORE) MONTHS. GOT RICK'S NAME FROM DOLPHIN POOLS & HE CAME RIGHT OUT, WITHIN 2 DAYS, MEASURED THE POOL, ORDERED THE LINER, WHICH TOOK 10 DAYS, JUST AS HE SAID. HE CAME THE NEXT WORKING DAY (MONDAY) & PUT IT IN, CALLING WHEN IT CAME IN TO LET US KNOW. HE TOOK CARE OF ORDERING THE WATER AS WE'D REQUESTED. WHAT I LIKED ESP. WAS THAT HE RETURNED CALLS PROMPTLY & DID AS HE PROMISED, AND FINISHED OUR PROJECT QUICKLY AS PROMISED. HARD TO SAY IF THE PRICE WAS GOOD, SINCE IT WAS A LOT OF MONEY AT AN INCONVENIENT TIME, & WE HAD JUST REPLACED THE LINER 2 YRS AGO...COST DOES NOT REFLECT THE COST OF $435 FOR THE WATER FILL.
