Ahlstrom's Tree Service

No work done. I am reviewing this "so called" business because one of their worker's public display of violent behavior. The worker was on his cell phone while driving. There was space, so I went in front of him. He proceeded to yell profanities at me: "B (female dog), Get out of my way!" And he gave me the middle finger. When I called Ahlstrom's Tree Service to complain...they proceeded to defend the employee, blaming me for cutting in front, which I didn't do. Perhaps he should pay attention to the road instead of talking on his cell phone. He was hauling heavy machinery...Very dangerous. In any case, there is no excuse for his behavior. And it is outlandish that the company would defend such behavior. Never will I do business with this company.

I have chosen to review this "so called" business; because one of their drivers violently yelled at me to "Get out of his Way," when driving on a public road. He called me a "B," (female dog), and gave me the finger. When I called the office to complain...they defended the driver by saying I had cut in front of him. Not true...and even if it were true...you can't excuse this kind of behavior...especially from a business.

Keith and crew were on time and removed 2 dead trees in short order. They were professional and our kids enjoyed watching the whole process. Other than the stump and all the extra wood chippings (which we asked for) you would never know they had been on site. If the need arises we would use them again.

Keith and his crew are excellent. They clearly know what they are doing from start to finish. You definitely get some entertainment watching these guys perform their craft. Will definitely use for future needs.

Great! The guy is very responsive. He comes out when you call him and has got a reasonable price. We actually recommended him when the neighbor did ask about the guy and they ended up using him. If I needed him I would use him in the future.

Went great! We called for an estimate and Keith came out the same day. He scheduled us for the following week and arrived promptly and was done in about 2 hours. Several other business I called did not call back for several days or at all. Keith was professional, prompt, did what was promised and exactly as promised. We would not hesitate to hire him again.

I found Ahlstrom's Tree Service via this list. Phoned him, and left a message. My call was returned within 30 minutes and Keith arrived at my home less than ten minutes after we spoke. He was polite, and very professional, giving me his business card right away. After looking at the situation, he told me he could take the tree down safely as soon as he could return with extra equipment. He left and was back within 15 minutes. Approximately 30 minutes later, the tree was down with no damage to anything. My neighbor and I both are very appreciative of the quick, safe, professional service provided by this company and Keith Ahlstrom. I would highly recommend him for any kind of tree work needed. Totally satisfied with my experience with this company.

I woke up to find a huge limb, 40 feet long and about 12 inches across at the base had fallen across my fence. It was still attached to the tree about 20 feet off the ground and extended into my neighbor's yard, covering a lot of their back yard. Keith, the owner came and gave me an estimate and I told him to do the job. He returned about two hours later, climbed the tree, cut off the limb and sawed it into manageable lenghts. He then drug everything about 200 feet to the street and chipped up all the limbs and leaves, cleaned up thoroughly. I couldn't have been any happier with the service. I wanted the job done quickly and he had the job complete within five hours of my initial call. I realize I was lucky to find someone to do it this quickly, but I called three tree services at 8:00 a.m. and one called back at 1:30 p.m. and the other not selected still hasn't returned my call. Great service and I couldn't be any happier with the total experience.
