We had a water leak in the kitchen a few weeks ago and decided to use Dan and his team. We are so glad we did. They came out immediately and assessed the situation. They answered all our questions and concerns. They worked with our insurance company to make sure everything was handled appropriately. Wonderful team! They responded super fast, within minutes and showed up right away on that same night. When they showed up they were ready to get to work right away and were more concerned about how to help instead of payment. They offered all their services available to better the situation and made things better immediately. Dan was very informative and explained everything on the spot. On the night of the fire they came out with vents and filters to purify the air and clear/ clean out the smoke. On the next visit they showed up with a full team ready to get the job done, and cleaned out everything that needed to be discarded. Hard working and dedicated, and very important they know what they are doing! Very professional, they showed up at the times scheduled. They worked around my scheduled and made things easier for me. Great they were helpful

Dan and his team at 24/7 Property Cleaning & Restoration we professional, nice and quick responding. It was just a great experience during a stressful time. They informed us of issues and potential problems we never would have thought of. Was was so great was the response time!!

If anyone has the unfortunate experience of ANY type of water damage call 24-7 Property Cleaning & Restoration. Our washer (on the second floor) malfunctioned and my wife came home to water coming out of our dinning room light! Dan, the owner of 24-7 Property Cleaning & Restoration showed up quickly, evaluated the full damage and once the drying process was complete he could insure we had no mold concerns through his moisture content testing! This situation could have been horrific had it not been for Dan and 24-7 Property Cleaning & Restoration (704) 612-4131!

Everyone with 24-7 was very friendly and knowledgeable. It was a pretty extensive job but they did their best to work around our schedules and keep disruption to a minimum. Dan always kept me updated on the progress of the job and we were able to reach him whenever we called. It was a big mess but we were really happy with how they handled it start to finish.

Went smoothly. They did all necessary demo and took cleaned the air. They are very knowledgable in their field. I made several calls to local remediation companies. They responded quickly and made me feel as though I was a priority. The other companies either didn't respond at all or after one conversation never followed up. They are hard workers.
