This crew was on time, polite, clean and worked wonders on my old, ugly floors.

I hired victor and his crew to replace laminate floor in my house. He failed to tell me that I needed to install underlayment. The floors have a hollow sound. After talking to floor supplier and other laminate floor installers I am told underlayment should have been installed. I have tried to pay victor to remove floor and install underlayment. He refuses even if I pay for labor and materials. This seems to be POOR business to me

Victor was great. Communicated well, arrived on time, courteous while on the job site, completed the job on time, and did a fantastic job. The price was good for what was done, they took some 60 yr old floors amd brought new life into them. I'll probably hire them again to do some more work in the future.

Victor and Victor Jr. were very friendly, took care of all the details, and were accommodating to my needs. They got started immediately and finished as scheduled. They took my neglected 135-year-old floors and brought out their beauty.

They were punctual, hard working, and did an excellent job on the hardwood floor - when they finished it looked like new! They even cleaned up after themselves! I would recommend them to anyone. If I could give them 10 stars, I would.
