 + -1 moreI replaced the pump myself for $190. Two local small engine repair shops refused to service the pressure washer, stating they were and quot;junkand quot; and not repairable. I would not recommend purchasing a Troy Built Pressure washer from Lowes (or anywhere else).
Description of Work: I took my 3 yr old Troy-Built pressure washer in for repair service. Lowes sent it on to a service center in Jacksonville NC. They mandated a total pump replacement without ever analyzing the pump. They stated the valves were bad but I had torn the pump down myself and found nothing wrong with the pump valves . When confronted with this fact I was told they always replace the punp because they were a throw away pump and can not be repaired. They charged me $35 shipping and "inspection" to do nothing. They wanted to charge me an additional $298 for the pump.

 + -1 moreMy experience with them was good, and their service price was reasonable. They do not schedule. They call you within 20 minutes from my house. They are very flexible because they work with my schedule.
Description of Work: We purchased a storm door from Lowe's, and they installed.

 + -1 moreThey were professional in the store and the crew was on time and also very professional. They did a good job putting the carpet in and it has lasted. The prices were reasonable; we got it while they had a special going on. We did opt to rip up the existing carpet and install the perimeter boards ourselves. For the money, if I had it to do over again, Id probably let them do it. Wouldn't hesitate to give them my business again!
Description of Work: This Lowes installed the carpet in two rooms of our house.
