I called this plumber at the recommendation of a friend to unstop my drains. I said I thought it might need to be snaked. He showed up a few days later and told my son that the grease trap was full and needed to be pumped. $375 and a mess in my yard later, guess what? Still had same problem so I called back. A few days later he showed up again. He said that he needed to by-pass the grease trap. I said ok and got a call a couple of hours later because he needed to snake the sewer line since I still had same problem so $475 later I finally had an I stopped drain. AND a broken toilet. So I called again. And after I cleaned up the flood on my bathroom floor and the adjacent carpet he came a put in a new toilet. And left the old toilet for me to deal with--beside road. Actually had to put in a new cabinet in my bathroom because he changed the style of my toilet. No charge for that visit. Cost to me for hauling toilet to dump, new cabinet and carpet cleaning $250. Total cost $1100. Learned my lesson--now I will use Angie's list.
