I found a referral from a friend who charged me half the price, came within three hours and checked all of the plumbing in my house for the $75 fee that I paid to have the new disposal put in. I just received a thank you letter with 2 coupons for future needs if the I should have to use a plumber again! Both were for $25! This was my first experience with Angie's List and I would not recommend it to anybody!

My experience with them went well. They are cheaper than others, and their response time is good. Everything about them is good. I have never had any problems with them. When you call, you get Mr. Cox directly. He still runs the company and answer the phone calls himself. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

Overall it was a good experience. The person arrived early. They were scheduled to come after lunch, but they called and asked if I wanted them to come in early and complete the job because they had an opening in the schedule. When he arrived, he introduced himself in a professional manner. Also, he put on covers on his shows before walking on the carpet. I thought that was extremely professional. He went up and surveyed the job and quoted me a price, completed the job, provided a receipt and explained the warranty they have on their work (1 year). My only complaint is about the price. As i said above, the job took 10 minutes tops and he quoted me a price of $115. I had the $25 coupon from Angie's List, so I ended up spending $90. I thought the price was steep considering the work that was performed, and the amount of time he took to complete the job. He was basically paid at a rate of $690 an hour. Other than the price, everything else was done professionally and promptly.

His pricing was very reasonable. He was prompt, available and very reliable. I had issues in the past where I have called him and he has come over by lunch time.
