Dennis is the most honest person I have ever met in my life. He will do whatever you need done; it doesn’t matter, for $25 an hour. He sit down below in your garage, he will frame your house and rebuild it. He could frame an entire house by himself and will do for $25 an hour, if you buy the materials. You can’t get anybody to do anything in $25 an hour. I can’t talk him into going up. I tried but he is like “No Way, I don’t need any more than that”. He does any type of construction work. He could walk in your house to replace, there could be a $100 bill lying on the table, and it will still be there when he walks back out. I did stake my life on it. I wish more people were like him. I just spoke with him about three days ago. We are out of town in vacation right now in the mountains, he goes by my house, there is a house sitter there, and check on things just to make sure everything is okay. I have a few dogs in the kennel, he knows them, and so I have him go up there and check things once in a while. I use him on a regular basis. He has a saying, “you pay me now, or you pay me later” because sooner or later, if you hire somebody else he is going to have to come in and fix it. A lot of people have found it to be true. We have had him do a lot of work on our home.
