Mr. Nichols responded quickly to my inquiry and readily discussed some possible causes of our roof leak over the phone. He came out on a Saturday to give an estimate, and his crew completed the repairs by the end of the week. He has a written 5-year warranty on the work as well. Very pleased with the work.

Scott and his crew came, cleaned up when they were finished. they did a great job repairing the roof and a super job matching the shingles. The gutter installation was pretty our instructions with the exception that one end was to be closed to prevent water to run out. The chimney was to be sealed and painted. prior to painting he offered to smooth the stucco and make it look really good before painting. he was unable to smooth the stucco. I think he realized it would take more time than he wanted to give it. A few places were patched, but not enough that you would be able to tell. Without calling to report the change in the scope of the project, he went ahead and applied the paint that I purchased ( $150 worth as it was for exterior masonry). His suggestion was that I now how a Mason to come and resurface the chimney. In addition, while I spoke to him about all of this he said that he was only going to charge me the base price of $3400, there would be no additional charges. Then he calls me back to say that he didn't get a chance to tell me but he was only gonna charge me $2900. I don't understand what the trouble is here in Western NC, but all jobs are expensive and poorly done.

We hired Scott and his team to remove a composite roof on our two-story garage and replace with a metal roof. We live out of state part-time and Scott came through. He ordered the material and completed the job. When his work was completed, he sent pictures of the completed project. The job site was clean when we arrived back home. Overall positive experience.

We called Scott when another contractor failed to finish the project. Scott came the following day to assess the situation and he and his team were here early the next morning to finish the metal roof and make repairs to our chimney. They did the job in a timely manner and it looks great. He will finish the gutter once the underneath part of the patio roof is complete. Scott was great at communicating with me. At this time I would highly recommend them.

I hired Scott for repairs in April and did the work so then we decided the have them re roof the roof with metal and gave them a deposit on 04/29/19 to order materials, they said the materials will be here in 2 weeks, we were told the roof would start on 5/16/19, have not heard from Scott 05/21/19 Scott has returned our calls and we have rescheduled the project for next week

Owner VERY knowledge on his skill. Had one man come out and said I needed to just deal it better. State roofing instantly new chimney was not properly sealed somebody had put around chimney for metal roofing and found another problem and fixed all.. will be my GI TO MAN / COMOSNY from now on
