Price was fair and the job was done quickly.

Did what they said they would, they were in and out quickly they met all of my expectations.

Customer service excellent. Showed up when they said they would. Estimate given - they were ready to complete right on the spot.

I appreciated the good price and quick work...but it would be a nice idea to offer a clean up service/charge as well. I work from home and it’s been a lot of extra work breaking up compacted dirt and shoveling it around, breaking up roots still in place. Exhausting extra work, though I did appreciate the actual stump removal service itself.

I had had a stump previously removed from a Bradford Pear tree we had taken down but when we tried to plant another tree the root system prevented us from digging the hole. I called Jeff. He came out that day and had the job done in about 10 minutes.

Jeff gave me a good quote, then took $20 off because I am a Navy veteran. It took about 45 minutes to complete the job of grinding two stumps. While going to the second stump, Jeff noticed a small cedar stump that I had forgotten to ask him about. He did that one also. If I ever have the need again, Jeff will be the one I will call.
