Description of Work: We recently purchased our home and were put in contact with Rich's by the home warranty co. Our system has a/c, heat , dehumidifier and air cleaner. We were not able to program thethermostat. They replaced the thermostat and checked system. Was working fine for a while then went out again, they were back within an hour of our call. Did an extensive check of the entire system and found a larger problem. Fortunately the warranty covers most of the cost. We are currently waiting for a component to complete the repair. Rich & his crew kept us informed through the process and were very professional.

Description of Work: They installed our heating and air conditioning unit in 1999 and continue to do the annual maintenance.
