"Juanchi’s R Concrete was just one of six contractors that bid on the job. Juanchi’s price was very competitive with the others, but they were the only company that provided a detailed description of the job at a solid price. They showed up on time and had everything they needed. They cleared a lot of bushes and debris, prepped the area, and poured the driveway. The new drive was poured next to the old, and it matches the existing driveway in color, texture, and looks. My neighbor, a retired cement contractor from Virginia, said their float man was amazing and that I got an excellent price for the job. I fully agree. What impressed me outside of the quality of their work was that when it was time to pay, they did not inflate the price!! And their cleanup was fast and very well done. This fall, I will be adding another driveway and an extension. I will only call one company as their quality and integrity are prodigious. The owner has pride in his work and honor in his words. "thanks to this site, I called Greater Wilm. Structure about a brick house I was buying that had cracked brick and unlevel floors. I assumed I would only (!) need to have that section of the home jacked up and the foundation repaired. Brian returned my call quickly, and met me and my realtor at the house (was a 45 min. drive for him) to give me his opinion and verbal price quote. He pointed out the major structure issues with the tresses in the attic, joists, as well as other red flags, that would cause problems later.
