+ -1 moreWe originally planned on power washing this summer and then staining/painting next summer, but Tommy showed us that our house was in need of more than power washing. So, we decided to follow his professional advice and stain/paint and repair the railings. The crew arrived early in the day working until the end of the day unless there was bad weather. The crew made an attempt to remain invisible to my family and our house guests while they worked which was not easy, but they were great. They were friendly, professional, detail oriented and cleaned up after themselves everyday!!! The were proud of their work and showed that by the attention to detail they showed. Tommy was on site doing some of the work on days he was available. I am planning on getting on a maintenance plan with Johnson Home Construction to keep up with the work, be more proactive vs. reactive. I look forward to continuing our relationship beyond this huge project. I highly recommend Johnson Home Construction.
Description of Work: Tommy and his crew started by power washing our newly purchased beach house which led to staining it and painting the trim. He also repaired the railings to the house which was a no easy task. We have a lot of railings.

Description of Work: I have recently had my bathroom remodeled by another contractor and it was a disaster. I was desperate for some information/ideas on how to fix the mistakes made during tile installtion. I called Johnson Home Construction and they were very helpful and informative. They provided me a quote that was more than fair. I have not proceeded with having the work completed for personal reason but I do plan on using Johnson Home Construction.

+ 1 moreVERY pleased with his work and recommended him to my daughter and son-in-law who also hired them to do some work.
Description of Work: They painted most of the interior of our home. And also put down new tile in one of our bathrooms. We were extremely pleased with the result and the professionalism shown by Johnson Home Construction! He was willing to fix and repair any other smaller jobs that needed doing such as a leaky window and building a handicapped ramp that we needed at the last minute. We look forward to hiring this company to remodel my kitchen one day!!!
