Paid in full and he never finished the job. We had to hire somebody else to finish job. Would never hire him to do anything for me again.

They did a bait and switch. They advertised one generator and when I called them they said they could get me a better one for less money. They brought a huge clunker one out. They said everything was not included that they told me on the phone was included. They charged me more than what they told me. Then on top of that the installer left and it took him forever to come back. He came back and tooled around but never finished. He left again and never came back. MY husband finished hooking it up and it did not even work. The contract I got from them said it was 24 hour service. When our power went out an I found out it did not work at 12 o'clock at night. I called him and he about took my head off for calling him so late at night. We did not find out until it was too late that he had a lot of judgments against him.
