A wonderful company, great service, prompt, professional, I shopped price before signing a one year contract, and they were highly competitive, (best price). Suffice it to say, two trips to my home in one day due to my squeamishness is what I call service above and beyond the norm.

They are a very easy company to deal with and always very pleasant. My only complaint is that after one year they have not been able to eradicate the red spider mites on my windows and in my tubs-they have sprayed and sprayed but they still show up. There are a lot of bugs in our garage but they are all dead so that is great. I would recommend them as they are a very responsive company and seem to be very honest.

Pest X is always professional. I have a plan where for 25 a month, they come out to spray. I have had to call them out a couple of times because ants got into our house. They are always quick to respond. Only one time, I was waiting and no one showed or called. I called and left a message, and the very next morning, I was called back. They apologized, explained what kept them, and asked when they could come by, at any time, to make up for the missed appointment. I have been using their services for 6 months, and would recommend them.

Bees were gone in less than a day and I see no ant activity around the house. Great.

The technician was on time and very courteous. After all the spraying, he advised us about drainage problems in the basement. On our request, he sent an estimate for repairing drainage issue.

The technician was totally professional. He explained how he was going to address the ant problem. Assured me that he would come back and treat again without cost. I am delighted that the ant problem was resolved. I had very disappointing experiences with two previous companies.

We have used Pest-X before and have found them to be very satisfactory, and that is the case here too. Thorough in undertaking the task and excellent in explaining the situation. My only criticism, and a minor one, is that unlike other special offers through Angie's List to which we have responded, Pest-X clearly considered this special as an opportunity to propose extended services and contracts. They exerted no pressure whatsoever, but the contract option was mentioned on several occasions, by phone and by the serviceman.

Exterminate crickets under the house and provide prevention for termites.

We are pleased with the service that Pest-X has provided. Every person that I have spoken with on the phone has been knowledgeable and eager to answer any questions that I have had regarding scheduling, cost, and treatment options. They are extremely responsive and a pleasure to work with. Pest-X has come to our home three times since we initially began our contract to address concerns that we have had with ants in one particular room. I am currently pregnant and was unsure if my Dr. would approve of an interior spray treatment. I appreciate the thoughtfulness that Chuck, our Service Supervisor, showed towards my condition by initially baiting for the ants, providing me with the chemical details and option to come back to spray the interior of the home after the birth of the baby. Chuck has also been willing to work with us through some of our remodels, and recommended that I call him to come when we removed some baseboards to get the best treatment of the room possible for the pests we have been experiencing. I know that it takes time to get a pest problem under control, especially in an older home that was not lived in for many years prior to our purchase. We are thankful that Pest-X is willing to come out to address any issue that arises and are confident that the pest problems will be resolved. We have already seen a remarkable reduction in our pests (ants and crickets) since starting with Pest-X and I would highly recommend them.

The young man talk to me first about what kind of problems I was having. He then sprayed all of my rooms with his product. He also sprayed the outside of the house too.

Siding repair guys found termite damage and active termites in one corner of the house. Called Pest X literally a minute later (I hired them the previous summer to deal with a yellow jackets nest and knew they were good) and within an hour they had someone at my house to investigate the situation. Blake looked around the house, under the house, and measured. He gave me an estimate lower than I expected and a team was scheduled to come out first thing the next morning. The treatment involved drilling holes in the concrete of my front porch, parts of the driveway, and in several places under the house, which were then plugged with poison. Grass/dirt sections were treated with what looked like a spray. The whole took the two guys about 2 hours.

The Pest X technician arrived on time as promised. He introduced himself, and asked what concerns I had. He was very professional, and answered all questions and eased my concerns. Jacob Payne was a pleasure to work with. He is very personable and does an excellent job. He was even kind enough to wait for my infant twins' grandmother to pick them up before he treated the interior of the house. (Although he assured me to was safe for pets and babies.)
