Description of Work: Termite inspection for home purchase. It went fine. They also made recommendations on remediating water in crawl space, and also found a bit of bat guano in the attic and recommended putting screens in the attic gable vents to prevent future entry by bats. Having had squirrel problems in a prior home, I resonated with this recommendation, and will act on it once new house closes.

Description of Work: Pest-X technician "Chuck" was wonderful. He called to inform me that his appointment before mine ran behind, but he was on the way. I love that. Communication is key. He was truly professional, inspected my property in detail, he was able to give me feedback on any issue that I had. He knew what treatment to apply to any pest issue I had. Pest-X and there experience technician is a home run for any home owner.
