Description of Work: Then gentleman who came to my home was polite, clean cut and friendly. I am not sure they did much spraying as I am still having those pesty little months and spiders. He was not here for very long, especially if he was to spray around the house, inside and out. He did return to place some more moth traps

Description of Work: I purchased the preventative inspection/service via a promotion on Angie's List. Pest-X was very responsive as we worked to confirm an appointment. Chuck arrived on time and we talked through what he would be doing. I had recently purchased my home and did not have any history of what pest service had been done on the house in the past. After conducting the service, Chuck took the time to explain what he did, and made some suggestions for other things I should consider having done in and around the house--He did this in an informative, non-pushy way. He left brochures and explained how Pest-X provides and charges for different services. Overall a great experience with a knowledgeable person.

Christina called to make appointment, then arrived on time. Was very professional. She removed her boots to spray inside without being asked to. She was thorough but quick. Removed spider webs from overhang.

They call to let you know they are coming a week ahead, then show up on the day they said or call the day before if they will not make it. The service is outstanding and we are bug free.
Description of Work: When they came for the 1st time, they sprayed for bugs inside and outside the house. They were on time, well dressed and exceeded our expectations. Now, they come to spray outside the house every quarter, and always ask if there is anything inside we need to attend to. They charge $280.00 a year.

I liked that they responded quickly. They were all very friendly and they gave immediate feedback. I did have some questions because they found evidence of termites in the home we were purchasing. I was concerned about that and they put me at ease and helped me through the process. They didn't actually mitigate the termites because it was up to the seller and they chose someone else, We continue to use Pest-x for regular pest control of the home and are very pleased with them. Simon Shaw, the owner is very conscientious and kind and the scheduler was gracious and helpful on more than one occasion!
Description of Work: Prior to purchasing our home, Pest-X Pest Control came out and did the termite inspection for us. (We were already using them for pest control).

The technician was on time and it took slightly less time than was stated...3 1/2 hours. Very thorough in his application around the house and in the crawl space. Will have them reinspect on an annual basis.
Description of Work: Pest-x did a termite control warranty on our home. Very competitive price versus other companies. The yearly resinspection was less than expected also.

I used the online form on their website to set up the appointment for my mother-in-law. I received a call back within an hour with an estimate and scheduled time. I opted to sign up for the one year contract. Drew arrived promptly the day of service and was very respectful to my elderly mom. He thoroughly treated the entire home for ants and also looked for damage from termites and other pests. The work was guaranteed, but I have not needed to call back because all the ants are gone! Great job!!!

This is a very responsive company. I don't have to worry about contacting them because they never fail to give me a call each quarter of the year. They are very accommodating to my schedule. I'm totally happy with their quality of work.

I think the technicians do a wonderful job doing the exterminating in my home. They have never been late for the appointments that are scheduled in advance and I find them to be very reasonable in their pricing. The customer service they provide is always very courteous and I really like having them to perform my service.

They always show up on time and we have not had any problems. I think the price is reasonable and I like that they are friendly and dependable. They answer all of my questions and there are never any surprises. I would recommend them to other people any time.

The service has been working well since we have no pest problems here. They are on time for their appointments. They spray in and around the entire house for us very thoroughly. I forgot what we paid them last but it was nothing out of line for the service.
