It worked out just fine and it did not take them a long time. I would not use them again.

The guy they sent was perfect and did everything that needed to be done at the house. He also killed hornets high up in my barn. Now I can do necessary repairs. I would use them again.

Rodney did a great job! He is friendly and professional. He actually did a better job than anyone that I have used in the past. Pest x does good work and I would highly recommend them. I am going to use them for all my future needs and ask for Rodney to do the work if he's available.

We've had several rainstorms of several inches each since the installation. On each occasion, I inspected the crawlspace after the rain ended and found it to be dry. During the period of falling rain & immediately afterward, I could hear the pump "kick-in" & out for less than a minute for each occurrence. This assured me that the system was working as designed. The actual installation took about a day and a half. During that time, the employees answered several questions that I had, personally showed me what they were doing, & cleaned up in a most satisfactory manner. They gave me a lifetime warranty on the system with the exception of the sump pump, which carries a three-year factory warranty. Follow-up was good as well. The company president made a personal visit & the chief installer did likewise. Note: Since I got no estimates before having the work done, I was unsure as to how to rate their price.

I had never used Pest-X before, but was in desperate need of ant killing in my kitchen! I took a day off from work, thinking that my usual pest control company could come and handle the problem. Although they advertise same-day service, they do not actually do it...so i panicked and called several companies in the area. Pest-X not only could provide same-day service for someone not on contract, the technician was at my home within about 15 minutes of the first phone call. WOW. Just. wow. professional service, seemed knowledgeable. I have cancelled my contract with the other company and am now on board with Pest-X. Their responsiveness is unparalleled. They are about $5/quarter higher than the other guys, but if i can get the service i need, when i need it...TOTALLY worth every penny.

I’ve been using him for years. We’ve had them come out for mice and carpenter bees in our barn. They also treat our home. They stand behind the quality of their and the owner himself does the work. He is professional and punctual. He is very honest and ethical as well.

We pay $60 a quarter. The price is good. We would recommend them.

As I’m on a contract with them and just in case if I notice anything inside my house then they would come do the service for it as well. Their services cost me more than what I want to pay and I just dislike their cost.

Mark Westbrook at Pest-X Pest Control is simply excellent. He always responds very quickly even in between routine service, comes out when he says he will, instills confidence, and does the work.

They were very agreeable and easy to work with on payments. It is an annual charge and they are willing to work with you on the type of payment you need to make.

Tim was on time and friendly. He and Todd came back to the house when i had another pest concern at no charge.

They are courteous. They set up an appointment and they arrive on time. I don’t know how to compare with anyone else. I don’t know anyone else’s prices. I guess they are reasonable.
