Pest-X Exterminating

We have used them since we have been here. The workers are very prompt. They are very quick, and they usually come sooner than they are supposed to. They give a time, and they come ahead of time. We are very happy with them. They are very prompt, honest, and they take care of any problems that pop up. We have been using them for 2 or 3 years now.

Two technicians came and listened to our issues and explained to us what was going on. They were very professional and sprayed the inside and outside and dusted the outside for cobwebs. Seem to do a good job. Time will tell and I will update at a future time. They did present and sell us a yearly treatment plan that is paid monthly but can be cancelled at anytime. We did sign up for it-so we shall see.

I called them. They scheduled an appointment and came out and treated for bugs. We have had no further problems. They are very professional.

Since our last quarterly spraying, we think think the millipedes are through invading our house. But we continued to deal with stink bugs. Jacob says that stink bugs are almost impossible to prevent. But we are doing our own research on this matter. It remains to be seen whether quarterly spraying will prevent the return of the millipedes, but we are hopeful.

I called Pest-X around 0830 and asked for same day service. At 1100 they arrived at the house. The tech was very knowledgeable about the problem and performed a thorough treatment. He answered all questions, made suggestions and was extremely polite. Too early to tell if a one time treatment is all that will be needed but if I need another, Pest-X is on my speed dial. Good work.

I called on Monday and they were able to come out at 9am the next day,Tuesday. I had a tenant who was freaking out due to an infestation of wood roaches. I had been working with another company in Greensboro for over two months to solve this problem. They had been out about every two to three weeks and there was still a bug problem. Since they had been treating the house for over three years I could not understand how there could be any bugs at all. When I received a text message from my tenant at 2am in the morning (Saturday) and old company said they didn't work weekends and then when I called on Monday they said they couldn't come out until Thursday. Obviously the old company wasn't going to make an effort to get rid of the bugs. Rodney showed up on time, I explained the situation to him and he was prepared with the chemicals to solve the problem. He also explained that any tree limbs touching the house needed to be removed, this was done the next day. I appreciate his advice and working with tenants to correct this problem. The whole company's (PestX) attitude is about great customer service. Thank you !

Pest-x comes quarterly to protect our home from insects they are always punctual professional and are happy to answer any questions.

Both inspection and treatment teams were very professional, and delivered as promised.

I was serviced by the Winston Salem location. Service person with "bee removal" expertise sprayed the nest and removed as much as possible. Due to how the vent shaft is configured he was not able to get all of it out but my contractor will take care of that (will probably replace it since it needs to be extended anyway). The outside vent cover was so rotted that it fell to pieces so he duck-taped the opening so no more hornets could get in and none could get out in case any were still alive. After a couple days I only saw one more live hornet in the bathroom ceiling light/vent fixture and some regular wasp spray took care of it. I was extremely happy with the quick response (same day service!) and knowledge of the person who came out (sorry, can't remember his name). He went the extra mile to help with this issue and was very personable. I would definitely use this service again for any pest related problems.

They were on time and very professional. Signed up to have them come every 4 months.

I have seen dead bugs/spiders laying around so I know it worked. Yellow jackets are gone.

Jacob and the team were so good to work with. They were very thorough and provided the documentation I needed to satisfy the buyer of our home.

Pest-X branch manager Jacob Payne met with us to discuss the treatment, cost, and the advantages of their annual service plan with quarterly treatments and additional treatments as necessary. We found Pest-X to be very professional and agreed to an annual service plan.

We needed a termite inspection for a prospective home purchase. Provider was very prompt in responding to my messages through Angie's List. I called to schedule an appointment and they were able to get me in on the desired day. They allowed me to pay over the phone after the appointment, since our realtor was meeting them at the house. I was not present at the appointment, but received no complaints from my realtor regarding punctuality or professionalism. No termites were found and we are enjoying our new home.

The District Manager from the recommended company contacted me to discuss the problem. They sent a technician to re-do the job.

There was no cost the first year. It was all part of the installation fee. They have been fine. I thought the price was very reasonable. We called them out once when the top of one traps was shattered by something and they came right out within a day or two. They came when they said they would.

They did an initial pest extermination both externally and internally on my house -- as well as getting rid of fleas.

It went very well. He explained everything he was doing. And talked to me about other services he could provide for me that would help me in the future. He even gave me some referrals for some other services that I need done around the house.

This is the first time I've used Pest-X. Jacob was very thorough in his pest treatment. He provided advice on how to help my situation. He didn't try to sell me anything other than what I needed. I'm pleased so far and would recommend this company.
