Description of Work: Pest-X tech arrived on time and did the job, however, the rodent bait was placed under the house, as he said he did not want to put it inside. He suggested I sign up for a year, at $75.00 per quarter, which I did. I thought he would seal off the access routes the rodents are taking to enter the house, but I don't think he did. I still have evidence of continued entry. He said he detected termites and wanted to sell me a $1500 termite treatment. I just want him to rid the property of rodents as I requested and am paying for. My home warranty will handle any termite problem. Overall, he was very nice, but I still seem to have mice entering my house.
