Very reliable, professional, and excellent work. They have been working for me for about 18 months and I have just engaged them for major mulching and planting work because of their quality work -- they are not the least expensive option but I am so pleased that I am willing to pay more.

Extremely well! The work was done beautifully and professionally. Due to a constraint on my end, they completed this job for us in a really short timeframe which we really appreciated. They always do what they say they will, when they say they will and leave the property looking beautiful!

Excellent. Coming home after a weekly service is always noticeable. My lawn always looks its best on those days. They are willing to explain all the services and why they think they are right for your lawn before getting started. There are times I've had questions about how a treatment is performing or advice to help enhance the work they have done and I always receive a response in less than 24 hours. Some conversations are more involved and they are always willing to meet face to face. Work is always done consistently and timely. When work is completed they always communicate what was done to your yard. There is no guessing if anything is being done or not.

It is time to tell you just how pleased I am with my yard team!! They have always been very professional, pleasant, courteous and conscientious to what my yard needs. I look forward to their visits and always try to go out and acknowledge their presence by at least throwing up my hand to say hi and smile. My yard is not an easy cut because of the way it was developed so they deserve extra kudos for their work each visit. It was a great service. They were on time, very professional and clean. They did not leave a mess at all.

The whole job start to finish was turnkey. I met with Vin on a Saturday. He made some suggestions, then sent me a quote on Sunday. It was a very reasonable price. The work is now completed and I love what they have done.

From the beginning, Vin was very professional. He listened to me when I shared information about what I wanted and what I wanted to spend. He also gave me ideas for later. The work was done on time and the work site was left clean. Kenya was prompt and helpful in her communication with me. I will call them again!

They are very professional, superior and punctual. They are totally on top of things and I have never had any issues. They have done two backyards and provide ongoing maintenance. They know immediately what to do and have remarkable suggestions. They have been extremely valuable to my properties.

They listened to our issues and plans, gave us a number of options according to price, and delivered on exactly what they promised. Pricing very fair. Very responsive. The work crews and supervisors were superb - really exceeded our expectations.

Our initial impression of this company was excellent. They had done work for us before and I felt that we had good relationship. We were very impressed with the speed and quality of the work that this company provided. When our newly installed plants began to show signs of shock, we immediately called the company to advise us on what to do. We were given detailed instructions on how to care for the plants and told by Michael, the owner, that he would also keep an eye on the bushes while he was in the area. He told us not to worry that we would make it right if the bushes didn't make it. We followed the instructions to the tee and all of the bushes over the course of many weeks, did come out of it ok. One bush lost all of its leaves and appeared to have died. After several phone calls to the company to alert them of the distressed bush and no response, I finally sent an email asking when they could come by to replace the bush. At that time I was sent a note that told me that they had no intentions of replacing the bush and that I had signed a paper that waived their responsibility to replace plants that died unless they were under their direct care. My frustration was that there was no indication that they were not watching over the bush as they had indicated in our phone conversations, but because they did not have anything in writing that said that they were, they took the low road and washed their hands of the issue. I wrote them to let them know that I would be sure to alert others of my feelings and they again gave no response and I never heard from them again. (Not even an apology was provided) In the end, the bush did make it through the summer and came began to show new buds on the bare limbs sometime around mid to late September. The bush, and all of the other plantings are now healthy and doing fine. I wish that the company had shown some care to the matter. We told so many people about their services and many of these people intended to use them as well. We also have other landscaping plans in place for the coming spring and we will have to start from scratch to find someone we hope to be able to trust. Even HOME DEPOT has a refund policy for plants that fail to thrive!

In all ways this company exceeded our expectations. They did a beautiful job. We are very pleased with the quality and value of their work.
