+ -1 morePrices upfront and complete honesty in disclosing findings. Fair prices; good old-fashioned work ethic. Found a broken item in gas pack that needed replacement. Another company did a pre-purchase inspection and found the same broken item. Why am I posting this? Triangle Mechanical (TMc) quoted me a price that was HALF the price of the other guy. The other guy told me I had a CO2 reading of "5." TMc thought that was goofy and suggested I call PSNC. PSNC obtained a reading of 'zero.'
Description of Work: Annual inspection of HVAC system. Repaired gas leak.

+ -1 moreBrian has been our A/C service provider for a number of years. Last year, natural gas became available in our neighborhood and we decided to replace our 15 year old heating and cooling system with a new high efficiency gas furnace and heat pump. Based on the number of times Brian had to come to our home to repair the old system, and his courteous professionalism and competence on every occasion, we never considered another company to install the new system. Triangle Mechanical was absolutely the right call. Brian walked us though the options, explained pros and cons, and ran the numbers on our probable load requirements based on the floorspace, ceiling height, house orientation, window square footage, etc. He came back with some recommendations, we made a choice and scheduled the work. He was there when he said he would be there, he did what he said he would do in the time he said it would take to get it done. And he stood by his work. We had a single glitch. Our fancy new wi-fi connected thermostat went brain dead about a week after the install. Nothing to do with the installation. Electronics sometimes fail. We called Brian about the issue, and he showed up the same day with a replacement. Installed it. No cost. No questions. That was the only issue we had I spent some time under the house after the installation, and had a look at my shiny new furnace and new gas piping. It was quality work. Duct and pipe joints cleanly fitted, insulated and sealed. Pipe and vent runs nice and level. Quality work. Brian is capable, and perhaps more importantly, honest. I can recommend him without hesitation or reservation.

Description of Work: Brian with triangle mechanical came to fix an issue with our A/C. He was very punctual, communicated the issues well, and discussed the options and costs before performing the work. He was able to come out to our home on short notice and has done excellent work for us on our heating and AC issues in the past. I would highly recommend him.
