Triangle Lawn Care does excellent yard work, he has got a large John Deere riding mower and he uses that throughout the yard work for taking care of everything as well as doing the yard trimming, weed whacking, trimming of bushes in the trees, he did an extensive amount of work for me. My yard had gotten quite overgrown and I happened to end up seeing a number of other yards in the neighborhood that he had done, so when he was out one day and I happened to be passing by, I deliberately stopped to ask him for a business card, so that I contact him about getting an estimate on the yard and as soon as he was finished where he was working, he immediately came over, looked around the yard and walked the property and then he said that he would get back in touch with me within a few days which he did, he gave me an estimate and I had already described him everything that I wanted to have done and over a period of several weeks, he was over here and worked over a period of several days at a time getting the yard work done that needed to be done, so that he finally brought under control, so he came over and he got the job and started in and he got it finished to my satisfaction and he did not charge me anything until the work was done, so he didn't expect to be paid ahead of time, so until I was satisfied he wasn't satisfied and once I was satisfied that was when he was paid. I have recommended him to a number of people, wrote him up on Angie's List and he said that in fact he had gotten several referrals from the Angie's List write up that I had sent in. He is very careful in what he does, he is attentive to what needs to be taken care of, I don't have to be going around and spotting him on everything, I just walked with him and showed him what I need to have done and he knows that and he takes care of it and he is very conscience about the work that he does, he takes a great deal of pride in his work and the end result is it shows.

I had seen the other yards Dennis Chasten takes care of in the neighborhood and I had been looking for a REALLY GOOD person to help me with my acre of land. I have neither the time, the energy or the equipment any longer, to take care of my yard as it needs to be taken care of. While I have been doing it in the past, my life has changed and this is no longer possible for me to do. When I saw Dennis' truck in the neighborhood, I stopped and gave him my address and asked him to stop by and give me an estimate, when his time permitted. He came by within an hour and we walked my yard together, while he looked everything over, asking me specifically what I'd like him to do. He was knowledgeable regarding the timing of the year for pruning trees, the cutting back of the bushes, etc. He took everything into consideration and gave me his card. He told me he would call me with some calculations in a couple of days. He was as good as his word. He called me back a couple of days later, letting me know he hadn't forgotten and he was still figuring out his timing, labor, etc. and he would give me the final estimate the next day. He did. He called and outlined all the work he would do, and gave me a final estimate of $300.00. Since I had already had someone over with a crew of 4 men who gave me an estimate of $1,000 for the same job, I was amazed at the difference in pricing. He is a one man dynamo of energy. Needless to say I told him to come by and get started. He told me each day what he was going to get done. And each day he has been here he has begun and completed each task he has begun before going on to the next. I told him from the beginning I wasn't interested in how fast he got it done but in getting it done correctly. It didn't take over night to get the yard over grown and I expected it would take him a few days or longer to get all the cleaning up done that was needed. He also reassured me he would only charge me a reasonable maintenance charge of about $50 to maintain the yard once the worst was cleaned up, which is a cost I can afford. He calls before he comes over. He began on the front yard and worked his way around to the side yard, then to the back yard and then back to the other side yard. He works out a plan of what he wants to get done each day and he begins. He doesn't stop until he completes that plan each day. He bundles up the branches and debris and I provide the twine and he bundles up the stuff and takes it to the curb. He chops everything of grass clippings and blows them over to finish smothering out weed seeds. I like to use my grass clippings as a chopped fertilizer so he blows everything in such a way that it can be used where it is needed. The yard looks better than it has ever looked before. He gets paid as the work gets done, in increments, which is fair and reasonable. Even my neighbors have remarked about how nice it all looks. One neighbor asked to come by and take a closer look so she can get his name and phone number. He completely cleaned out a circular garden bed filled with weeds and volunteer trees so that it is now clean and I can spread manure and plant it. I will get bags of mulch and he will spread that. When he takes a job on, he takes it with the idea he wants to do the job to the customer's satisfaction so they will hire him on as a regular and he will continue to maintain the yard. He informed me to simply call him when ever I need something done and he will be there to do it, no problem. He has the kind of good 'old fashioned' manners and work ethic that is too often missing with people today. Dennis takes PRIDE IN HIS WORK and he likes to do a good job! It really shows! I told him I would be happy to write him up on angieslist.com and get his business cards passed out to any and all realtors I know so he can get more work coming in. He has a 54" John Deere Commercial mower, pruners, electric power tools for cutting, etc. He respects and takes care of his equipment which is the first sign of a wise man. When you take care your tools, they will take care of you. He handles the tools with respect and he respects and understands the insects, the plants, the trees and when and how to prune, what to cut, how far to cut back and what to leave to only trim. As I told him, my crape myrtle tree needs pruning but not until the weather cools off. He understands this. I also told him I don't want it butchered as so many are I have seen cut back.
