+ 2 moreNate dripped stain over the front of my house and left. I reported the problem; he returned to clean with paint thinner several days later. His scrubbing also removed my house paint, leaving large circular and very permanent marks on the front of my house. He said they would disappear, but they didn't. I reported the problem again. Stu came out and said that my entire house would have to be painted in order to resolve the problem, and that he can't afford to do that. He left. I had to hire a different company to paint my entire house to resolve the problem, as our house was quite an eye soar and the neighborhood HOA filed complaints about the unsightliness of our house.

+ 3 moreThere is absolutely no better company out there as far as I am concerned!! I have been using Total Deck Care for 14 yrs!! I refuse to use anybody else!! And no I am not related to them!! Lol I am just a customer who knows a great company when I see it!! I call them for all my maintenance needs on the exterior and even interior!! They are simply the best!!!

Description of Work: I have used Total Deck care for Pressure washing, deck staining/repair, painting ( interior and exterior) and front porch work and stain. EXCELLENT and talented professionals! They are very fair with pricing as well.... Highly recommend.

+ 1 moreTotal Deck Care does super work and are always very pleasant to work with. This is the 3rd time (over the past six years) that we have had the deck and pergola work done. Each time it has been a positive experience. General maintenance needs to be done to assure the beauty of your project, which is why I have Total Deck Care continue to come out. Most of our windows are in "hard to reach" spots and very high off the ground. So nice to have these guys handle the difficult jobs as well. Very please with everything.
Description of Work: Deck and pergola needed to be cleaned and re-stained. Exterior windows and window sills needed to be cleaned.

Description of Work: Jim, provided timely estimate. Nate and team Power washed deck, all cement walkways and driveway. Made deck repairs to include; some new step boards, sanded approp.areas, reset nails and stained total deck. Team removed deck items and Nate replaced all back on deck. Team is outstanding, no time wasted, friendly, with professional results. Office staff (Sara) and Team Mgr.,Nate kept line of communications open. I have passed the positive results on to other members of my community. Will definately use again. What a pleasure to work with. Thank you all.

Description of Work: Power washed exterior including screen porch. Cleaned a gutter and washed outside of windows. Painted lower half of front porch including railings. I have a small house and got a neighbor's discount.
